A bit too small and too crowded restaurant. Loud aircondition in the room.

Rooms, garden with the pool, service, food and drink, staff. Beach with the coral reef, cleanliness, peace and quiet. Perfect place to relax!

There was no WiFi in the rooms. The WiFi in common rooms was not very good. The shower head was not functioning and should be replaced. In the restaurant the jugs/cans with juices and water quickly got empty.

Good food with vegetarian options, amazing beach, big pool, nice staff, beautiful hotel, lovely ocean view. Would love to come back!

The stairs to go down to the beach. When it’s hot, it’s really exhausting.

The staff was excellent! So friendly, and helpful! Making sure you are having an amazing stay. The food was amazing! The massages they offer there were excellent too! I was really impressed! I was sick and they offered me a pharmacy delivery within 15 min, which was amazing!

I paid for a Superior room and when i arrived they give us a standart room , and they changed only after i was need to argue whit guy at reception! !!! Not ok at all that caind of thing The food... was not good at all! I would give 4 from 10 for food, and i didnt liked that everybody wait tip after they do they job!

We spent wonderful days here. Special thanks to Hosny at the restaurant and Kaleem at the snack bar for making our return visit so wonderful with their warm welcome. Special thanks to Mohand Ayman and Zedan at the bar, they made our evenings beautiful with their fantastic cocktails and smiling hospitality. Special thanks to Omar for our clean room and cheerful towel animals, for his impeccable work. The hotel is excellent, the house reef is the most beautiful we have ever seen. Food and drinks are excellent. Thanks for everything.

The resort is huge, and it was very hard to get from one end to the other. There should be a mode of transportation such as more club cars or carts to help children and elderly visitors. Mohamed Khaled was a super. He helped my elderly father go from place to place on the club car. He was polite and extremely professional. The room we stayed at had a funky smell in the room, and the bathroom shower head fell apart. The reception staff were also disappointing towards the end at check out. They failed to respond to phone calls and also failed to send a repairman to attend a broken shower head. We had to call numerous times.

Awful noise from the airconditioners of other rooms below the balcony. Staff speaks very loud when starts their work early in the morning and late at night, throw some heavy things and move something very loud. Bad animation.

Excellent life guard work on the beach. Thanks to Islam and Karem. They help every person on the beach, meet them, bring water, put a towel on a sun lounger and find a free one.. You can always ask for anything and they will help. You can sign up on the beach and ask the life guard to swim along the coral reef to the jetties of neighboring hotels. I really liked the work of the reception staff. I arrived 2 hours earlier, and check-in at hotels is always at 14.00. But they immediately gave me a room without extra payment and put on a bracelet. This way I could go to lunch and relax after two stressful flights. There is a girl- supervisor from Ukraine, very attentive and responsive. I also liked the work of all the bartenders. Guys, thank you for the delicious coffee and respectful attitude. Restaurants and bars always serve juices from tetra packs, rather than diluted powdered drinks. Also there is a great food court near the pool with a restaurant menu and tasty food. Cool musical performances in the evenings. Excellent well-kept green area.

The wifi network is very weak for such a beautiful hotel with such devoted staff, because after all we are in 2024 and if you are a hotel with respectable claims then you do something about the wifi connection! The food at all inclusive could be a little better!

I liked the hotel, the staff was very respectful and friendly, anything to make you happy! Every evening they have artists who sing live - at the bar next to the main restaurant, and from 9 in the evening they have the entertainment band that also have all kinds of shows, the size of the room was ok, the cleanliness exemplary. The beautiful beach, with a diving center directly on the beach, the beautiful swimming pools, perfect water!

Wifi very weak, and the food a little weak, the food could be improved because it's a hotel, it's very ok, and the food is not up to the level of the hotel!

The staff was very ok, I liked that it was not crowded, the cleanliness in the room was exemplary every day! The beautiful beach, you can snorkel in the sea at a short distance, the bar on the beach is very ok, Overall I liked it, and it was worth it!

The beach and the sea were the primary reasons for choosing this hotel. The food and cleanliness of the hotel was good. There was a night activity every evening. The staff was very caring and helpful. I enjoyed the sea. The pool was nice but I could not find the opportunity from the sea.Highly recommended

The food wasn’t the best, but the staff was very nice and diligent and they wanted to make our meals the best they could. And Ninos Italian restaurant was very nice.

We liked the atmosphere in the hotel and the reef was very nice. We have to say that Mr Hany, who is one of the managers was simply amazing! The cleaning was impeccable and I have to thank Mr. Salah! Overall the resort was excellent!

The food (taste/flavour) in two of the three restaurants on site was extremely disappointing. The few vegetarian dishes were especially badly made, and prepared in very small quantities. Even the desserts were tasteless. The only restaurant that was good was Nino's (the Italian restaurant), but that required a reservation which was impossible to secure. We finally succeeded in eating at Nino's by just showing up one evening without a booking and asking if they had a table available, which they did.

The housekeeping staff were excellent and very very helpful. The rooms were a good size, well maintained. Any problems that came up were dealt with promptly by the staff. The swimming pools and bar at the property are excellent, and clean. The Diving Center located on the property was a huge bonus: it was very convenient to book some dives, boat trips and /or rent snorkelling equipment during our stay there. Also a great beach with lovely clear water and gorgeous coral reefs that was perfect for snorkelling.

REALLY ALL OK

We were two woman’s and the staff have always been so kind and disposable! We felt very week so thanks to Ahmed/mostafa of cleaning rooms, Omar of the pool bar and “the boss” of the pool bar 🤣 the kindly man of gazela restaurant who learned us Arabian words: amillieee Mia Mia ! Hamed our best and precious Fanara TAXY driver !!

Toilets dirty, no toilets on the beach. No bar on the beach. A lot of stairs to go back up and no drinks served on the beach. No showers available after check out. No wifi. But location and seaside are saving grace.

The amazing view of the sea. Nice bars with good drinks. This is our 4th property we stayed in Sharm, we have not given it high ratings like previous resorts we stayed in but however the view and the sea were by far the best as you can swim walking from the beach.
