The buffet was repetitive, not much variety. The reception had a very weird bad smell (probably the air freshener but it is very bad).

The beach was awesome, staff very helpful and nice, and the rooms were big and comfy.

- guys from the trip agencies at the beach are trying to get double of price for the attractions (better to book by outside brands) - cleanliness is not the best, especially the bathrooms are untidy and full of dirt - i’m not sure if the beach towels were really after laundry - not able to get the charge in dollars

The room we have got with my friend was luckily right next to the beach. In overall experience it was just ok, nothing special about this accommodation. As always - 5* hotels in Egypt are like 3* in Europe. Comfortable beach beds, nice and clean pools. Good food, but quite monotonous. The employees aren’t besetting, trying their best and speaking in Russian when you look alike one. They offer their help all the time, what also helps with feeling save in this resort. The views are mesmerizing and worth of seeing, especially those under water right next to the hotel’s beach.

Some sun beds on the main pool and all on the beach must be upgraded... very loud voice from the loud speakers on the pool specially at the morning.. .. . only two golf cars working all day there must be not less than four specialy at mid day when changing the rooms for the new guests...... the way from the rooms near the main restaurant and the beach is a mess if you go walking curved roads looks like a mase. always got lost specially there is no sighns showing the way.. the artetecture who made the land skape was very bad.. unfortunately this issue can not be fixed. ..

Location, the jacuzzi and the poll on the sea, the sea itself and the wonderful corals, wide rooms not very moderate but O. K. room service cleans the rooms at request.animation team working hard all day till night...the girl singer at evening has good and atractive voice , the sax player is marvelous...... breakfast was very good... as for .lunch and dinner many varriates some food is not tasty not all but it's O. k. the bacaries and Sweets is very good... Mohamed at reception is neet and fast professional convincing all guests that he upgraded the rooms to a bigger suite!!!... as a whole all staff is working hard. sure under professional leadership. three chears for all the crew. ....I think it was a very good trip sure I will repeat it.

the sun beds on the beach have to be upgraded.. the loud speaker on the main pool is very high at the morning activities..... there is only two golf cars working in the hotel it is not enough specialy at one o clock when changing the rooms with the new geasts...there must be not less than four golf cars... the way from the rooms near the reception to the beach is a mess, all the roeds are going round not in strait line if i go walking to the beach I feel I am in a maze I always got lost specially there is no clear guide marks.. very bad artitcture who made the land skape unfortunately this can not be fixed.

Location., the pool and jakuzy on the sea and the beach very suitable for snorkeling ... breakfast was very good lunch and dinner many varriates some of the food is not tasty not all but it's O. K but the back aries and Sweets where delicious ... Animation team is working hard all through the day we're very good and active.,the girl singer singing at dinner time was very good and attractive the sax player was marvelous . . rooms where very wide, room service was very good they clean the room whenever we ask provides two water bottles daily for every room....Mohamed on the reception is kneet doing his job very good he convince the geasts that he upgrade there rooms to a suite!! as a whole it was a good experience sure I will repeat it.. greetings to all the staff and off course all the leadership and manegers.
