The service provided by Peter Ezzat reception manager, Ahmed the room service, and Ali the restaurant waiter was very exptional and amazing service. Also , all the team from the hotel was quite impressive. I found it a very welcoming environment and relaxing. I wanted to extend my visit but unfortunately was fully booked.

perfect stay at the hotel. we got a sea view room upgrade for free. thank you Peter from the reception for the great care. he is still on whatsApp in case of questions. the sea had a gradual entrance, water up to the ankles, great for small children. animation programs for children. top room service.

Everything, best resort, 7 plus restaurants to choose from breakfast lunch dinner, amazing food for 6 days, sea view room, Peter the reception manager was first class, the entertainment 3 every night was amazing, travelled everywhere this tops all, just book this place!! Shopping at Old Market was pure bargain. Weather 40 degrees every day, blue red sea 🌊 💙

Great food options between the 5 to 6 restaurants in an all inclusive stay. The aqua park and pools were also great with so many options of activities. The beach and snorkelling were very good as well. I found it better than the snorkelling I did at Ras Mohammed. The staff were very good and tried their best to ensure we had a great stay. The front desk manager Peter was especially great and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable.

Pools need more cleaning and maintaining. The food is ok but not great with limited options. The water slides are open only couple of hours. The beach is very rocky and it is very painful to walk. It is difficult to walk around with baby stroller as there so many stairs. I found some Misquotes in the rooms. There was bad smell from the bathroom Towels policy is annoying that you have to return all the towels to one location far from many areas and you will get fined if you lose the card! Even though there were some negative parts but the great service by Mr. Peter Ezzat made it better.

Overall, the hotel is a good choice for a vacation. I liked the design of the hotel, the blue and white color of the building was nice. Good number of pools. There are water slides for adults and children. The staff is very friendly and helpful and gave me a good room and good view with special thanks to Mr. Peter Ezzat who was very kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect, the location, the staff, the food. We couldn’t have asked for more. The beach was sandy and shallow and just perfect for my toddler. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the dance class and yoga with Lucas on the beach. The staff In the Mediterranean restaurant and Ristori opposite went above and beyond. The pools were spotless and the splash parks perfect for all ages. My husband enjoyed the spa and the girls go their hair braided. The entertainment team in particular Marina and Ahmed were very engaging. We really appreciated the family friendly nightly shows. My son loved the 2 playgrounds on site.

Meal was quite boring and still ok.

Pretty much everything was just great. Due to rescheduling of our connecting flight, me with my daughter arrived very earlier in the morning way before the regular check-in time. But Mohamed from the reception desk did his best and we were able to move into the room very soon already. Thank you very much for that, as we had very exhausting trip behind us. The room was amazing, with big balcony meeting the else side. Corals and the underwater scene from the hotel pier is breathtaking. The whole hotel area landscape is so beautiful and specious. The animation team are all great and friendly guys going an excellent job. We really loved our stay at Pickalbatros Palace!

A little sewer smell in the room, but with aircon and a little ventillation it was gone.

Good location, near the airport but not noisy. The reef is beautiful, beach are long with lot of sunbeds. Cool pools as well. Snorkel gear cost 3+3 Usd/day (snorkel+fin). Staff is kind, food is good and entertainment/programs in the hotel are also nice. Good value for money, we recommend. :)

We booked honeymoon room, Reception changed the room as sea view. Hotel was amazing, every person has a smile and good conversation. Hotel have lots of restaurants and pools. We can drink, eat and swim where we want. We never get bored because we can do a lot of activities in the hotel. Mahmoud Ashraf did our reservation. he contacted us every day and ask what we need. Also he sent dinner menu every day that’s why easy to find a restaurant to eat. This is really good service. We did the best honeymoon and thanks everyone to provide this. We recommend to everyone

There was nothing we didn't like

Our stay at the hotel was great, the experience was very good. From the moment we arrived the staff helped us and I also thank Mahmoud Ashraf who helped me before we even arrived, he answered me all the time on WhatsApp no ​​matter what time I sent him, helped me with everything and was very kind and nice. We got more upgraded rooms with a sea view, the food was delicious and I thank Ahmed Sadek from Sobrano restaurant who gave great service, and I thank Islam from the cleaning team who did excellent cleaning and service, and I thank Yusri Kirli the lifeguard. And I thank Ayman Mahmoud from the management team who provided great service The hotel is a huge and luxurious hotel on an indescribable level, clean and the restaurants have a variety of food, the staff works wonderfully and we didn't feel the need to leave the hotel. We liked the place very much and we are definitely coming back in the near future together with the extended family. Our rating is 10000/10. Definitely the best hotel I have ever been to

It was super clean, very friendly environment for families, everything we wished or think about we found. It was part of heaven. Food, beverages and entertainment was perfect. Especially the staff who were very elegant, always serving you with smile, particularly Mr. Mustafa Mohammed the reception Manager who provide all the support and helped us alot. Food could be better.

The best service in the world. Staff is the best in the hospitality industry. Mahmoud Ashraf from guest relations was like a gene, whatever we wanted he was able to accommodate. All restaurant staff was amazing I am too bad with names but I remember Khalaf and Ahmed Ayman, they were amazing. The resort and the facilities are amazing I will definitely go back again.
