The stay was very excellent and wonderful, especially the room service and cleanliness (the employee Salah provided quick and excellent service and his dealings with the guests were wonderful and he had a very nice spirit), the activities were beautiful and the swimming pool services were excellent (the employee Mohamed Bomba was responsive and cooperative and provided services quickly and elegantly), I spent and My friends, a wonderful week. I will repeat the experience and I will advise others to come and experience wonderful days. Thank you to all your staff from the moment we checked in

I found my second my home in Sharm el sheik. Everything was fantastic, Kitchen team house keeping team reception team and everyone was fantastic, special thanks for Mr Michael, Mohammed, and Ahmed. We will definitely come back cause I fell in love with this hotel and Sharm el sheik♥️

detailed review: I have been going to sharm to vacation since i was a child with my family, and now with my husband. So its safe to say that pickalbatros was the best resort i have been to, it opened in 2022 so its relatively new and it shows with the amenities and the rooms. We got the honeymoon package, and sameh the housekeeper went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the room and even made beautiful swans out of towels with flower petals twice, he even turned the tv on for the music channel and it was lovely walking in to it after a long day!! the corals in the resort are the most beautiful i’ve seen with so many different fishes that aren’t afraid to approach you, even the beach (shallow water if you cant swim) has so many fishes with stunning colors that also approach you. mahmood the lifeguard is an absolute gem and we’ve had great conversations with him, he’s also extremely attentive and kept worrying whenever my husband was diving 🤣 (don’t worry he’s okay!) the restaurants served good food (although our favorites were culina and mediterranean) the mediterranean served authentic egyptian food that tasted just like my mom’s (thanks to ali the chef). besides the wonderful people that are the culinary staff (ehab, emad, karam, hesam and abdulrahman) who went above and beyond ensuring we were happy even with the tiniest details. for example we asked for an ice cube with the wine but they gave us an ice cold bottle instead with also ice cubes on the side! there were a lot more but thats the names i could remember as everyone was so kind and attentive ❤️ the entertainment is the best i have seen, the entertainment staff are an absolute riot (in a good way) who will get everyone excited for pool parties even at 7pm. the music they play is spot on and the events they organize (from foam parties to belly dance shows) are all so much fun in different ways.

We gained many experiences thanks to the hotel's diverse program offerings. The staff was very attentive and kind, fulfilling all our needs. Meeting Nouby in the bar made the experience even more delightful. I can only recommend this hotel.

The majority of the tourists were Russian, most of the activities conducted where translated in Russian except throwing an English word here and there, Russians everywhere in the pool beach lounge lobby, and as an all inclusive hotel the alcoholic beverage is served as well therefore some habitants weren’t sober and approached us multiple times. I’d mention this in the description of the hotel.

Nice Resort, aesthetically clean, activities planned everyday for adult public, food was good and many choices.

The staffs are so hospitality ,helpful , kind and they are smiling every time. It was very good experience to me. The sea was awsome. You can diving there there is a Coral reefs there. You can see different fish ;)

The toilet seat cover was always falling and making loud noise at any little inadvertent touch

Everything. The room was very comfortable with all facilities working well. The housekeeper, Sameh was fantastic. Food was in so many varieties and the restaurant staff were VERY friendly and up and doing.. The front seat staff were very patient, helpful especially the manager. You should maintain the high standard of service.
