Excellent hospitality, rooms are very comfortable and clean.. Staff is helpful, carrying and frequently checking if you need anything.. Pools are lovely and the beach is so beautiful full.. It's a hosue reef full of coral and marine life which is excellent for snorkeling.. Location is centralised in sharks bay with alot of attraction nearby. Food is amazing, alot of variety and very delicious.

Breakfast is amazing , has everything you dream off. Hotel beach amazing, Staff amazing ,( receiption ,restaurants , beach staff, dive center staff) all go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Wifi signal very good. If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the nearby area ( soho square) you get around 20 % discount if you mention which hotel you are and your room number.

A few areas of improvement: - Better labelling for vegetarian and vegan food. Two of our company were vegetarians so more info on ingredients for soups and sides would be beneficial. - My youngest daughter complained that scuba divers were training in the heated pool and took a lot of space. - Worth looking into the evening entertainment for kids and adults (shows, concerts, etc)

We liked everything about the hotel: - Location: right on the gorgeous White Knight beach with its amazing coral reef, close to Soho Square and 10 min ride from the airport; - Food and drinks to satisfy all tastes. We had breakfast and lunch in the main Tirana restaurant which offered a varied and tasty food selection. We dined at the 4 a la carte restaurants which were all great; our favourites were the Turkish Adalar and Caligula, the Hot Rock. - We had a diplomatic suite which is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a shower room. We also booked a double room for our kids which happened to be interconnected with our suite through a door. The rooms are well appointed and decorated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Free and good quality WiFi throughout the entire hotel. - The Gym at Royal Savoy had modern equipment. We used once the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi at Sierra which was fine as well. - The entertainment was good throughout the day and the FrancoRosso team was trying hard to entertain the guests. We liked also that the music by the pool was good quality and not very loud like in many other hotels we visited before. - The most important are the staff who were kind, willing to help and always smiling. This applies to all of them and I would struggle to name one that did not meet the high standards for customer care. I would like to name a few that EXCEEDED our expectations, like Ayad, the beachboy to treated my mum twice after she scratched her foot on a coral; Ahmed and Ashraf, the beach bar staff who would take and fulfil our repeated drink orders with a smile; Hani, the cleaning boy from Hibiscus floor who did a good job in keeping our rooms and corridors clean; Mohamed the cleaning boy who kept the Rocky Bar place clean and replaced the pillow covers at the bar, Sherif who served us dinner at Adalar and Caligula. Special thanks also to Magdy, the concierge, who helped us and my parents with the bags on arrival and departure.

Rooms are a bit old would be nice to modernize them, at least add usb/type-c sockets. Also we had an issue with clogged sink but that was fixed quickly.

That was a great place to stay for 5 days you can find everything you need there. Food was also delicious. Stuff is responsive and friendly

Activities could have been more. A small entertainment area can be organized to spend our free time, such as table tennis.

Breakfast is the best ı have seen and tasted :)) And for family, ı can recommend easily. We like and enjoy it. By the way, the personal also very very polite. Quiet, peaceful and family hotel. There is no confusion. There is nothing you need to think extra about. You're just having your holiday, it doesn't tire you out. Thanks for everything guys.

As a bonus, there were some exercise classes, water aerobics and Zumba were 2 that 0-15 minutes, so it’s hardly worth it. Also the instructor did not show up for the afternoon stretching class

The staff is wonderful. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful, always smiling. Especially want to thank Ali the room cleaner and Sayeed at the front desk. Both gentlemen were exceptionally charming. The breakfast buffet was very good, great variety of food. The room was very large and comfortable, very large balcony with comfortable furniture

Our room was quite far from the main restaurant, we had a garden view one. The sea has a restricted area, it could be a bit bigger for swimmers.
