The food was pretty low in quality and variety. For example, morning porridge - watery, grains undercooked. Alcohol is the lowest quality I've ever seen. Lots of artificial colors in drinks. For breakfast, the choice of food was always the same. After 3 days, I had a hard time finding something for myself and started to eat out more often. Quite a few facilities were out of service - part of aquapark, slides in the main pool never worked.

The location is great - next to the amazing colorful reef, where I was snorkeling almost every day. The information about reef status (open/close) was hard to get, unfortunately. Nice (but cold in December) aqua park. Pretty good rooms and service.

1. The beds are horrible: very hard mattress, not a comfortable night sleep at all. 2. The shower head is old and rusty: so water projection was weak. Maybe time to change it. 3. Service is very slow and language barrier is hard.

Because of the free meals, people wasting way too much food. The Wi-Fi only in the lobby??

- Aqua Park suitable for kids only. No double slides. - Very limited hours for the Aqua. - Dinner duration is only 2 hours. - Our towel was taken from our seats at the pool. - Only one towel centre at all the hotel. - No variety in snacks. And limited duration. - Food taste is below average. Almost same food everyday. - I ordered hot chocolate, he told me it is not included. - The elevator wasn't working.

I didn't like the food very much (but there are many things so you can always find something you like). And cleanliness at mealtime was for me thw worst. People take everything in the buffet and we all use the same cutlery to take the food and they are dirty and the personal doesnt change them during the whole meal...they don't clean the buffet area a bit while eating either. Also the tables.. we always had to eat in dirty tables. We are not usually demanding but I found it very dirty. I would improve the cleaning during the buffets.. specially now with Covid. It also seems to me that too much plastic is used which is terrible for the environment. I would recommend the staff to invite people to reuse their cups, instead of serving each person 6 different plastic cups each meal. :) Maybe paper plates for the snackbar at the beach.. etc. If you are a couple maybe its too loud because of the children :) Maybe then its better to book an adult only. For families its great. I did not like the Spa so much. Massages were great and sauna too. But yacuzzi is with cold water and the steam room a bit to cold as well.

The facilities are incredible. The pools, the Aquapark, dock, etc. Cool. The animation very nice and the animators guys are excellent. They have excellent activities. I would come back for sure!! Maybe its better for families than for couples.. but we had an amazing time. I wouldnt book seaside again, because from the first floor we couldnt see the sea anyway.. :)

Due to covid restrictions all pools werent open and were cold. Price for hotel on booking.com didnt display extra tax charges. Hotel also didnt allow payment in another currency which caused an issue for us, however hotel did allow us an extra day to arrange currency exchange(hotel machine wasnt working).

Hotel was nice, big, clean. Food was excellent. Staff were nice, particularly restaurant staff. We used the facilities at the hotel salon and spa. Staff were accomodating to our needs for privacy. Our room was lovely, was garden facing, room was big and great size. Wifi was excellent also.

- No gym in the hotel. They said it's closed. - No coffee machine. Only ready made Nescafe that taste very bad. - The lobby isn't air-conditioned. Maybe for Covid precaution measures! - The entrance from the street to the lobby is very long to walk for old people. It needs a golf car or something.

- The staff are amazing, special thanks to Mr. Tomas on the front desk. - The room is huge and clean. One of the best. Also the room service is v. good. - The animation team are very active all day long and funny. - The food is okay in terms of variety and taste, not bad and not good, except Tuesday and Friday are v. good.

the main thing was the food - not enough variety and very lacking in choice for children. There are not enough sun beds or towels for everyone, the restaurants weren’t all open, the water slides in the main pool were shut, the adults evening entertainment was rubbish.

The water park was very good and the reason we chose this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The snorkelling off the jetty is brilliant.

Worst food ever, really bad quality of meat, burgers are only bread and piece of chicken like McNuggets, pasta not well cooked. The attitude of the personnel rude and in some moment a supervisor was giving hard time to a life guard Infront of everyone, shouting at him. Restricted time for the aqua park and pools, aqua park only 5 hours a day. The bathroom with a big window to the rest of the room was uncomfortable… room 1249.

The staff how they were towards women and the cleanliness of the hotel bird poo all over restaurant and birds flying round stealing food inside the restaurant was there for a week and couldn’t book any al acarte as they were all fully booked apparently but never even seen any of them open

Birds flying around two of the restaurants, bird poo on pictures and chairs in the restaurants. Birds pecking pastries and breads. Food not good, never warm and very tasteless, glasses and plates not clean. Pool in very bad repair, lots of missing tiles, broken tiles and filthy. Room dirty and dusty, bathroom not cleaned once during stay, bedding very old and bobbly, toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Basin tap connected wrong way round so scalding hot water coming out of cold tap! Fruit delivered to room every day regardless of whether you had eaten previous plate or not! Had five plates lined up all going mouldy! Animation team, not great, during performances they spent their time standing in front of you making you clap constantly whilst you are trying to watch the performance on stage! Check in not welcoming and very chaotic.

Good location for relaxing and snorkelling. Friendly life guards and swim up pool barman. Great coffee at the coffee bar (extra charge).

Although I had a nice room and the beds made every day, the sheets and towels were never changed. In fact the towel origami was made from dirty towels which were not towels from my room. The food was very poor. For a 4 star hotel I would expect much better. The Italian a la carte was nice which should be the standard of the buffet. This is not what an all inclusive hotel is, it's more like full board therefore not good value for money at all. There was also no variation in the food served. The drinks were bad and watered down. Everything was served in small plastic disposable cups you would use for a children's party. Not what I would expect from an alleged 4 start hotel. The entertainment is lovely due to the animation team. I do think the entertainment should start much earlier and maybe be moved inside as it is quite cold in the evening and there doesn't seem to be adequate seating. When seated, guests can be quite rude and stand in front of your view. The beach was not a nice beach, not sandy. It was more fine pebble like.

I had a large room with a sea view which was amazing. The Italian a la carte was nice which should be the standard of the buffet. The entertainment was ok due to the animation team. The beach chairs were comfortable therefore very relaxing to lay by the beach. It was good that camel rides were also offered at the beach. Very easy to get transport to where you want to go.
