Charmillion Club Aquapark employees are very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at night, Reception Abdurrahman helped us with the room, during our stay, housekeeping Yasin Hassan cleaned our room carefully every day and made beautiful decorations with towels. Also housekeeping Khaled Jebir always completed our room. The waiters in the restaurant joked with my naughty son and Ahmet Anwerin's service was impeccable. Ms. Tatiana in guest relations gave us information about the region during our stay and made good suggestions. On the day of our departure, Reception Abdurrahman helped us to check out late and made a great gesture to my family by offering us lunch and dinner. The hotel is wonderful and there is a wonderful smell when you enter, a peaceful atmosphere. By the way, since my wife is gluten free, our chef in the restaurant offered great suggestions and dishes with unique delicious food. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive to their work, I thank them all individually. I plan to spend my next vacation here again without children. Best regards Yüce Tuncer

If I had to think of things I didn't enjoy that much, I would need to mention the spa.I got a facial from the spa and it was very average and rushed. I also shared the room with another client which felt very weird too. I would also recommend they make sure the curtain rails from both sides of the windows are closer together so the morning sunshine doesn't wake everybody up! Also, the evening entertainment could be better and maybe a few more child-friendly good options in the restaurant for picky eaters

We had an amazing relaxing holiday back in February. This hotel is perfect for families. Parents can relax sunbathing and having a drink while children have fun in the pools (eady to keep an eye on them too). We enjoyed how warm and attentive staff was. We were treated really well, special attention paid on the kids, we felt very well taken care of. We also loved the pool and the fact that it wasn't crowded (we were there in February).which was really good not to wait in the queue for getting drinks and snack in between hours.

This is the second year in a row we have been to Charmillion Aquapark. Nowhere else in Sharm is such great value for money. The food selection is amazing (especially for vegetarians like me), the gym has a couple of good treadmills and other equipment (for burning off all those calories from the buffet), the staff are EXTRAORDINARY - they go above and beyond to help you and seem to genuinely love their job and the waterpark itself is wonderful for both big and small kids!

We would have liked a little more informaiton in writing on the property. It ook some time to understand how to access everytihing. We would have liked to be able to have more access to food outside of the standard business hours, especially later in the night.

We were very happy with the food and service. All staff was very helpful and it was a safe and family freindly environment. The waterslides and pools vere great. Milad was amazing!!

Room Air-conditioning is a little bit loud. Location a little bit far from real Egypt.

The snacks overall were very poor , very limited selection and the chicken nuggets were awful. There was no free icecream for the kids. There was no diet pepsi in the soft drink machine. The water dispenser could not cool the water “ in other hotels, they serve a bottle of water for the client not through a dispenser” The shuttle bus for the beach was every hour which is a long time to wait for.

The aquapark was great and the life guards of the aqua were very kind and respectful.. The breakfast and dinner meals were great while the lunch was acceptable but needs more varities..

The food often was terrible, especially the lunch. Breakfast was the only meal that wasn't disappointing. The kid pools with slides opens only at 10:00 and closes on 16:00 and every day the slides stop for one hour in between those hours. The drinks on the bars are not always cold. Frankly I didn't expect much more for the price range...

The staff are very nice, the pools and slides are great the kids had so much fun! The drinks are included and are very good.
