The rooms need re-innovation, the towels on the beach are not enough for guests, the pool is not very good, the rooms lack a lot of supplies (e.g., tissues, cups, good quality shampoo and soaps), the plastics cups on the bar was very old.

Excellent beach , delicious food with a good variety, most of the staff are welcoming , good gym with a sea view, accepted night shows, and accepted rooms. Special thanks to Chief. Sherief in the restaurant.

Not a big deal actually the only thing i can think about is having some geckos in my room but with all that landscaping it didn't really surprised me and every time i found one i called the reception and they sent someone to get rid of it

Most of the staff really need to know how to deal with tourists, especially Egyptian tourists... I tried many times to be friendly with them but i felt that they are always uncomfortable, almost in shock.. Also i had the bartender asking if i am Egyptian it happens that i consume alcohol.. Very unprofessional and awkward. Also the man at the gate stopped me and asked me if i am a guest or a worker because i looked a bit messed up. He stopped me for few minutes and asked the reception if i have a booking. Weird interaction really. Bottom line, i hope the staff have a more professional way in dealing with Egyptian tourists.

Pools were cold, but we stayed there during a winter season,so we were prepared. Not a big deal for us.

The staff is very helpful, hotel has a good gym inside and also on the roof. Animation team is great, our kid was happy.. Clean and nice beach, very cared and beautiful garden.

The wine is not available in the beach bar. There is no kettle in the room and just few TV programs in ENG. There is no free internet, but you can buy a local sim cart in nearby shops. The rescue service works slow, you can wait quite a long time while the boat will come. I noticed that some kiters wauted fir 40 and more minutes so far from the coast that it was hard to even see them.

Best location for windsurfing and kitesurfing (the windusring station is at the beach right side near the Shams safaga resort, kitesurfing statio is on the beach left side just in front of Shams prestige (adults only). In comparison with Dahab, there is less surfers and more space for surfing and kiting. Food was very excelent. Lot of vegetables, food was very healthy:)) chicken, beef and fish were served every day. also delicious local food variations. Every evening fresly baked Egyptian bread. Animation team is great. The whole staff is professional and polite and will not bother you. We booked bungalow in beach front.

Some food wasn't that great but there was always a lot of other things to eat and the restaurant staff were quick to fix anything if someone complained about it. There isn't much activities you can do at night in the hotel.

The staff is really friendly, polite and helpful, they also helped us retrieve an item we forgot in our room and helped with shipping it back to Cairo (Specifically Mr. Mohammed Abdel Aziz at the reception desk). The landscape at the hotel is beautiful and maintained with care. Our rooms were cleaned daily during our short stay. My favourite thing about the restaurant was the fresh bread made by the lady at dinner.
