Definitely not at Sheraton standards nor level. F&B is by far too chaotic (crowded, not well taken care of, staff not trained enough). Cigarettes on the ground in the lobby, tobacco smell in rooms (smoking free building)…pushy staff hassling clients to sell activities outside. Very disappointing compared to other resorts in Sharm where service is much better. Sheraton should react. Or leave its name from here. I was not happy of booking Sheraton.

When I first arrived at my room, I noticed my tissue box was almost empty, and toilet papers were almost out. These were supposed to be disposed of and replaced by new ones as I am a new customer in the room. The shower needs to be upgraded because every time i showered, i needed to dry the whole bathroom floor.

The location is very calm, and the whole place is huge, very neat and clean. It's a bit far from main attractions, so you need taxis all the time to get to the fun part of the city. The laundry service was great. Room size and view exceed expectations. Room service was fast and very reliable.

In my bank account sheraton (or booking) made provision nearly 130 Usd. I have already payed when i arrived in hotel. This provision is extra. I would like to retake my money. Now i can not touch to my money. Can you help me?

Obviously hard hit by Covid but staff really good in trying to make sure guests have a good experience. Meals and drinks very expensive if you are not on a full inclusive package. Well worth considering taking the all inclusive package.

The hotel is in a remote location and any trip requires a taxi. At night there is no boiling water in the shower and you have to talk to the reception and they will take care of it

The hotel was big, big rooms, a very nice view of the beach and the sea, a pool Not great but really good. The sea has a beautiful coral reef and a convenient place for snorkeling. The hotel was attentive to our requests and we had a great time

I reserved the room facing the garden,but got the room in the main building facing the beach.i did not understand why.the food was ok.when you are snorkling alone,it is a bit dangerous that you can meet suddenly the shark because the undersea area is not defended by some underwater net or whatever.

The advantage of the room was that it was not close to the pool and faced the tremendous island Tiran. I liked the staff.it was vert helpful.it is very convenient that the cleaner was all the day long on the floor.i asked for his help some times.i liked the service in the restaurant.every my wish:coffee,wine,beer was fulfilled.mostly i liked that it was not already HS and we enjoyed the beach and the sea almost alone.

The fact that there is no WiFi in the rooms is very limiting. I had to go out to the lobby to get WiFi which was annoying and inconveniencing

No WiFi Network. There is no tourist office. The blanket was having bad smell.

There were no water cooler or some other water source that we could drink free whether in our room or at the lobby. We either asked from the room service guy for water bottles or bought from the bar at the lobby. Also there were no Wi-Fi on the entire hotel except the lobby area. Outrageous.

I think sheraton middle East management should think twice before choosing the head of this hotel ..... some of the stuff are soooooo Racism because we are Arabs.... witch they was soooo cool with the foreigns ... we talked to Mr khalid the hotel general manager about one accident happened in the dining restaurant and he was like controlling every thing and actions will be taken .... unfortunately the other day same happened and then I didn't go .... further details will be sent to sheraton middle east management so they can take serious action on this hotel farce . I don't think comments in booking.com taken seriously because I can see same things happen from years. Stuff need More training . This hotel is nothing to 5 stars hotel ....

Overall the outdoor area is great with the best diving -snorkeling place from shore in sharm i guess .the rest is reasonable to the price we paid.
