ItalyThe hotel didn’t provide enough amenities. The ocean was low tide during the day so you need to walk far to get to the water. My son got injured on his feet - animation team did not care to find a first aid kit - they told me to go to kids center, I went and the girl showed me the first aid box which literally did not have anything in. She didn’t have a bandage nor she cared to look for one for me. I find the attitude of animation team very discriminatory and not kind.
The facility was good and the pools had many different options for example volleyball or a goal.

AustriaUnfortunately because of that 1 incident I'm not giving them 10 stars. So we had a great time, stayed there 7 nights, got the flu on day 5 what was really unpleasant but nothing could have been done other than resting and getting better so especially for our last night we wanted a good night sleep for our flight home the next day. In that last night at 3:15 am we woke up cause someone was playing Arabic music right outside our room until suddenly someone entered our room with their card (so it must have been a worker) we started yelling and were fully in shock, the guy left saying "I'm so sorry". That made us stay up the rest of the night cause we couldn't sleep anymore, also questioning why the f*** someone would walk into our room? That was really a shocking experience. Next day at checkout tried explaining it to the receptionist, didn't understand neither German nor English, how can you be a receptionist not knowing English? How does that work? Anyway very disappointing, not going back there. Dear Hotel, if you read this, please explain me why one of your employees entered room nr. 7090 at 3:15 am on Sunday 1st October? I'd really be curious to know.
Almost everything was absolutely perfect. We had a great, big, clean room, the food was plenty of variety, quality was great (we didn't like the cake though), snorkeling was great, pools were nice, the poolbar was really good, we overall had an amazing time apart from one thing. Staff is also extremely friendly and kind.

United KingdomThe communication was a bit lacking prior to our stay as I was not able to get a confirmation from them that 2 extra beds would be provided in the room for the kids. Booking.com should either put it in the deluxe double room description. But once we got there and the beds had been provided in the room, we were happy and really enjoyed our stay.
Great resort for families, the double deluxe room was great, spacious and clean and 2 extra beds were provided for the kids. The hotel facilities were really good, plenty of pools to choose from, being on the beachfront was lovely, all inclusive buffet food was really good with plenty of choice everyday. The spa massage was amazing and they even looked after the kids in the jacuzzi.

Rooms are great! Big, very modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Kerolis on the pool bar, what a star! Food was very good in the main restaurant. Good quality food and drinks.

EgyptThe only issue in my accommodation was that my suite door lock was jammed. In the resort's main restaurant, there was a specific waiter who I didn't like the attitude of towards my sister in law.

the staff is awesome, Mr Ali at the reception gave us very comfortable big room when he saw i have 2 kids with garden and extra 2 beds on the ground floor which was great to us as a 4 members family. Also the guy on the popcorn section was very kind to my child event when he made crisis :D Finally would like to thank the beach buggy he was very nice also to my kid .

Egyptpeople trying to sell you trips at the beach and pool were quite annoying, limousine office weren’t professional I wanted to go to the nearest mall and he insisted to send me to the local market and I ended up not finding what I needed. avoid them and request an uber instead.
