The drinks/cocktails were very basic. Not much entertainment. The shisha garden was closed. The guest were ready to party but DJ was not good.

Beautiful resort. Lovely food with good variety and outdoor bbq served. Very clean place. Decor very high end. From lobby to toilets, to seating area to the rooms very classy. Customer service was amazing.

The alcohol beverage choices were poor. They listed alcohol on the menu but did not have many of the brands listed. Not all the drinks we had were good.

We loved the location and the snorkeling right off the beach. The food was excellent. The staff was amazing. We would highly recommend The Sultan Gardens Resort.

The wifi was not that good. But to be honest we didn't care about it that much.

Amazing facility with amazing staff! We loved everything about this resort, it truly was worth the money we spent. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning to go to Sharm. Great location, very close to the airport and to the center of Sharm as well. The all-inclusive option was definitely worth it! Friendly staff, the entertainment team were amazing!

Nothing. But i would suggest Sultan Garden to implement rule during check in and warn tourists that they will be charged for rule broken. Unfortunately, despite on warnings people swimming through coral reef that could harm not only them but also Marine life.

We were the second time there, booked "sea room" on the first line. Last time we liked this hotel, that's why decided to come back. assume, that now is new Cook, as the food was simply amazing neither last time. Could not stop to taste everything. The team of the hotel is very helpful. There is diving center on the territory of the hotel. There is very professional team. Unfortunately, last time we tried only one diving with them. This time we enjoined diving time during all our vacation. Sultan Garden has very nice coral reef and we were lucky to see turtle and Napoleon fish. Thank you to all for our nice stay.

Nothing at all. I believe this place is a bargain for its price! Also I don't think any amount of money can measure up to the warmth we received from the staff.

Right from the time we set foot in the premises we felt welcomed and this feeling never left us but sadly we had to leave after just 4 nights which we now realize was not enough. Our Post Travel Trauma is such that we have rebooked this for October! Mahmoud was exceptional at the reception and changed our room in 5 mins when we complained of some very noisy neighbours (it was a young group after all so understandable but our daughter was slight scared with all the noise in the next apartment). We probably ended up with an even better view than before! Ahmed Khalifa greeted us at the main restaurant on day 1 and was painlessly taking care of all our needs until the time we bid goodbye. The private beach is also super cool, perfect for a sundowner! We have never felt so much welcomed anywhere in the world so that's about the best we can probably say about Sultan Gardens and its lovely people. Tip: We had almost missed the live cooking area on our day 1 and 2 and would highly recommend to look for this just behind the main resto.

The hotel reef was good but we expected better.

Exceed expectations in all services, especially staff co-operation, smile and well hospitality. All the team members in reception, restaurant, and even room cleaning are welcome and well trained to make the guest happy. Excellent food in all meals, free activities all the time, and you can feel that you are comfortable and all nationalities look satisfied. Really appreciate it, and it was my first time, but it will not be the last ISA.

Amazing service throughout the entire hotel. My first visit to Egypt and the customer service is impeccable! So friendly, professional and always smiling staff! The food was way better than we expected, so much choice and all fresh. Excellent! We booked a jacuzzi room with sea view, great choice. So peaceful, the only noise you hear is the birds! Can’t recommend this place enough! From reception, housekeeping, restaurants … everything was amazing! Thanks guys - we will be back!

All was amazing at this resort. The staff were accommodating, and very helpful. Loved the beach access Many things to do on the resort - no need to leave the resort. Pools were cleaned daily and well maintained.

The only issue was the Internet. There was some issue of Internet in Egypt during my 3 days of stay, and it was very difficult to connect to the hotel wifi.

It was an excellent experience. I was not expecting such a beautiful experience and atmosphere at Sultan Garden Resort. The place and facilities were awesome. A good variety of food items in breakfast and dinner. The location is near to the airport.

The workers did not always understand us. We tried to explain in English and Russian. It is advisable to check the language skills of the service personnel. In the restaurant it was necessary to choose a small room so that drinks would be served faster. A good mojito was made only in the lobby; it was impossible to drink it near the pools. There is no lighting near the volleyball court. We started playing at 16:00 and at 18:00 it was very dark. All bars near the site closed at 17:00; to get beer or water you had to go up the hill to the lobby.You don't have a place for a disco. We were invited to the lobby, but it was very uncomfortable there. Other hotels organize trips to large discos: “Taj Mahal Nightclub”, “La Dolce Vita Club”. Unfortunately you do not have such group trips.

A small cozy hotel for a family holiday. Cozy rooms. Very good cleaning. Good food but bad drinks :). The sea is close. Nice reef. Lots of service staff. The staff is very friendly. There are rescuers. Nice kids club. There was a 4 year old child in our company. It was his birthday. Thanks for the congratulatory song. He and his parents were very pleased.
