The music at pool was very loud for the villa close to it.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Staff was very friendly, respectful and helpful. We spend few days of Ramadhan and Eid at the hotel and the staff made every effort to make it special for us and rest of people observing fast. Amazing location and facilities, we already want to book our next trip to stay at same property.

Too many mosquitoes! It’s impossible to stay outdoors after the sun sets. Pool area and gardens areas are the worst! Please take action and do the needful to get this problem solved.

The food was absolutely delicious everything at the lurch and dinner , in the morning pizza time at 10:30 on the beach was amazing pizza then we had aperitivo at the bar swimming pool delicious ! The staff was friendly and professional . My room was clean every day and very pretty , comfortable room

This hotel never failed my expectations. I checked in on 12-Aug-2022 and the experience was exceptional, starting from the cute Italian lady in the reception to the extreme fast response from housekeeping and the tremendously delicious food. The animation team was great and interactive with guests. The Ferragosto day was amazing with all the preparations done in the restaurant and the foam party at the end of the day 😍😍 I really appreciate and want to thank every and each one of the hotel staff for the amazing service and experience I had here. Lastly, I want to say that I will definitely come again every time I come to Sharm El Sheikh.

We loved everything in this romantic setting but advice for people who are not physically fit you would need a room near the restaurant and I don't know but maybe you could arrange assistance to the beach because the hotel is on a hillside going down to the beach. If it bothers you about joining in with activities you might request they also explain in your language.

Room beautiful location with sea view across the designated pool and garden full of palm trees flowers and birds. Cleaned thoroughly by very obliging young man who created different beautiful first class towel art on our bed daily too! We had a balcony which was always kept clean. Large comfortable bed with sumptuous pillows large comfy duvet, including extra pillows found in the wardrobe if you wanted. Thick towelling robes, complimentary slippers and toiletries. We lacked nothing. Tea and coffee making facilities and mini bar. All linen was pure white and looked new and changed daily including dressing gowns. On first arriving in our room we said....Wow!!! The restaurant was always full of a variety of hot and cold delicious options for all tastes including vegetarians. You could help yourself or have assistance in serving your food at the vast buffet. The staff were so helpful. I highly recommend all inclusuve. At the bars there are a good variety of hot or cold drinks at the poolside or by the sea while you sunbath or at the seaside terrace bar. You can allow yourself to go wiith the flow and experience alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktails and other local alcohol. Most of the guests are from Italy and we found them to be very amenable. There are plentiful comfortable sun beds to laze around on using the complimentary beach towels which you find in your room and also changed daily if you require. There are multiple pools to cater for all the areas of the hotel which has many well laid out beautiful gardens. We loved everything. I think everything has been well thought out for excellent customer service. We needed a late check out so we had 4 extra hours allowed for free until 4pm and then they allowed us to remain until 6.30 when we left for the airport. I highly recommend the experience. I enjoyed the exercise going up and down the hill to the restaurant and reception and the beach where so I could burn off the calories of the delicious plentiful...

there is nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel only suggestion is to increase the golf carts otherwise everything g else is wonderful

everything is so wonderful about Tamra beach, staff are amazing and they really make sure u r having a wonderful time and all you need are met big thanks for the front office team, keep it up Hassan and your team. huge thanks for f&b staff food is the best food we had I. Sharm in a very long time the quality of everything is so good every thing was exceptionally wonderful and for sure we will be back finally we found a good spot for us all the best of luck and keep up the wonderful efforts thank u for making our holiday very special

The wifi connection was only available in common areas, and even there it was not possible to make a video call. The water of the swimming pools was cold and this is really a pity. there are like 5 swimming pools and virtually nobody swimming as the water is cold and at this time of the year the weather outside is not that hot.

The staff was super friendly. We got an upgrade from the room we had selected; we had a very big room in front of the sea and the beach, with tv, sofa bathtube, shower...great! The housekeeping guy was supernice with us and made us feel at home. The food was very good, especially dinners. We also used the spa which was good, especially considering the price. We were invited to take part in activities both by Italian and Russian and Italian animation team; everyone was nice. Special mention to Andro whic helped us throughout our stay.

everything is good except these Egyptian animation

room is comfortable and clean, food is good but not perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful except some of Egyptian animation while the Ukrainian animation are very nice, kind and friendly. In general the hotel is great and I recommend it

Nothing .. except breakfast.. poor.. no varities.. lunch and dinner so great.. Snacks time must be extended.. but all over its good ..

Everything was great.. staff were very friendly.. . Special thanks to the receptionist who upgrade our reservation to sea view.. Also special thanks to restaurant staff They are always smile and very polite.. Room service is also great .. Am really enjoyed the vacation.. it won't be the last time isa.. All the staff starting from the manager Mr. waleed to the room service MAhmoud were very friendly, Life guard and the animations team were great people they are very friendly and helpful and so kind with kids The chef was a great one the food has a delicious taste and they change menu everyday,, the restaurant staff especially Mr. Ashraf restaurant manager was very friendly and offering help usually,, definitely i will back again

All drinks in small plastic cups! Please change it for normal tableware. This moment ruin the whole experience of the beautiful restaurant, helpful staff and good food. Boring food on breakfast, especially after 3+ days of staying. Need more variety. Lunch and dinner is very good by the way!

Food variety and quality could be better.

Friendly and helpful staff. well-maintained facilities. Value for money. You get more than expected in that category and price tag. Free espressos, cappuccinos and lattes all day in the all-inclusive category. Spacious rooms. Coral reef beech with amazing see life view when snorkeling next to the jetty. Definitely recommend it for relaxing break.
