Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was a nice vacation for me and my family I would like to thank 1 Mr. saied abdulmegeed frontoffice manager because he was very helpful 2 Mr hany from reception 3 Mrs Madonna from guest relations she was very kind 4Mostafa from the recreation team, he is very helpful. He tried to help my son and give him instructions while my son is swimming and my son Bassam was very happy and there was another one from the recreation team at the same shift with mostafa but i dont remember his name 5. The staff who are working at Lobby Bar are very good and are always smiling 6 animation team, especially those who are responsible for the kids

UkraineDespite the majority of cultured Ukrainian and European tourists, unfortunately, there are wild and aggressive russian tourists who constantly drink alcohol and scare children with their behavior. I was also surprised by the Hotel, including russian aggressive music at evening children's programs (especially noticeable with the participation of a russian blonde animator, see photo). Also, negative russian music was constantly played during lunch on the coral beach. Please remove this music, it is associated with war, terrorism and violence, which is unacceptable on the resort.
The hotel left a good impression. The food is at the highest level. The staff is friendly and helpful in resolving issues. The Aquapark works and gives a good impression.

They barely replied to my messages and never picked up the phone. On arrival I wasn’t given any information regarding booking the beach shuttle, what time dinner was, etc. there are not enough matresses for the sunbeds. The coral beach was great

AustraliaI didn't like the entertainment. It was very accommodating to Russians! As an Aussi, we enjoy going to countries to embrace their culture. So would have liked to see more Egyptian culture not Russian! When we checked out, my cousin came to pick us up and the security didn't allow him to enter the complex to get us. The receptionist called security twice to tell them to allow him to come in. They insisted that we should walk outside the hotel. After 15 minutes we got fed up and walked with all our luggage and two children in the heat. This was not acceptable and an extremely disappointing end to our stay.
The reception staff were lovely. George at reception was helpful and always had a smile on his face. Staff at the aqua park were great and the slides were great. The food was also good.

Australia- the resort needs some refurbishments its not the newest, rooms are average the dinning area needs some work as well. The chairs at the aqua park are super old. The Animation team also need to step up not much for the kids in regards to entertainment. Beach needs to be booked the day before The strip of shops also needs a car ride

CanadaPremier rooms and suits are extremely outdated. the original suite we had had a flooded/leaky bathroom. 2nd one too. there was a raw sewage smell for a couple of days cups used across resort were so small and cheap specialty coffee and basic cupachino drinks not included bathrooms were rusting and tubs are dirty and not clean pool water was not clean nor clear food was ok. cheese variety very limited. at best a 3 star hotel ice at bars is very scarce
staff are amazing, polite and professional. Monica was amazing and just willing to do anything to make our stay better. parkland seems to be better in quality than premier. aquapark rides are nice and staff are amazing. going early is the best.
