The access to the garage, very dificult to get to the hotel by car and the garage was very tight.

The terrace door to our room cannot be closed properly, since the location is so great, it gets very busy/noisy sometimes to very late at night and you can hear it from the room. The light from the hallway also shines through the edges of the door, and the light is on with motion sensor, so if fellow hotel guests comes in and out of the room late at night, you can be bothered by the light. Definitely not a place for light sleepers.

The location is great, right at the foot to the uphill to Alhambra. A lot of other tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The room is compact, but has everything you need. It's regularly cleaned everyday. Breakfast was okay, it's a buffet in a restaurant by the hotel, mixed with other restaurant guests. Staff are friendly and super helpful.

The mattress on the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and it was quite noisy at night time as the hotel is on the main road.

Hotel AMC was super clean and well located. It’s within walking distance to all the main sights and streets that my friend and I explored in Granada. The room was cosy, however it was enough space for my friend and I.

I wish there was a table in the room, it was really missing. Also, amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste would have been of help.

I loved my room with a view of plaza nueva, the supreme court and carrera del darro. Very nice and sunny.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were so thin. We only had one each. We had to roll up towels as a second pillow. But I'm just being picky. I would book again, for sure.

The room was near the street and very noisy. Providing customers with ear plugs may help. Also there weren't any offerings like hot water or tea like I have previously seen as customary in alike hotels.

The receptionists were helpful. They get in touch with you before your visit to find the hotel easily. The rooms were clean. The location is at the city center.

The room we got looked a bit different than what was presented in the picture. I’m used to the fact that pictures exaggerate a bit, but here it’s a bit too big discrepancy (the view, furniture, equipment). But in general for this price & location it was a good deal.

Only one negative issue, the tv was very small and did not work. I went to the receptionist to report this issue but never fixed it.

I had a good experience in this hostel. It was easy to arrive there. It was closed to downtown. Easy to get around by walking, taking a taxi or a bus to go to the Alhambra or anywhere. I had a good experience taking breakfast at the hotel, the girl was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. Even though she was by herself she was very quick with the order.

Extremely hard to find and get to. Turned out to be a hostel. Not presented that way on bookings. Booking was not clear so paid more when arrived. Tv didn’t work , no towels. , horrible place for a car.

Great location, on the street leading to Alhambra, near to everything. The room was clean and nice. It wasn't so small. It was calm and not noisy. There was heating and a lot of hot water. The check in was easy, there is a reception

It would've been nice to have a comfortable chair or two, though I realize that is a challenge in small city rooms.

Our room looked out over the Plaza Nueva, which was an ever-changing parade of people and performers. The room was clean and we were happy to have a refrigerator ensuite. The bathroom is modern and the shower was great. Very safe. Nice lighting and adequate outlets for charging our devices.
