The internet (WiFi) at the property was sometimes poor and unstable, so I'd not rely on it if you have work-related meetings or some important stuff to be done via the Internet. It's too slow for kids to game on iPads as well, otherwise works for occasional browsing, maps, youtube, etc. The second thing to improve: the staff, who were supposed to be there during business hours at the property, wasn't there, and left no message/information when they are back. So there was a small queue of waiting line, but people realized quite quickly that no one would show up, and there was no information left when they would be back. OFC WhatsApp and the phone line were connected to the person who was supposed to be there – so it was impossible to contact the property, and to get information or to pay the city tax. Later in the day - they reached us, so the questions were solved quite easily in a different way.

The accommodation was great, the apartment was superb, clean, nicely smelling, and had a kitchen setup, washer, coffee brewer, microwave, kitchenware, wifi, etc. Clean bed sheets, towels, shower gel, toilet paper, soap and dish soap, and even tea and coffee were present. We stayed in a two-bedroom setup, which is roomy enough to accommodate a family of four, and it has a dining/living room area with a TV and a sofa, + a small kitchen on top of that! Proper & comfortable setup for a family! The location is quite good and is in a nice area, it's a 10-minute walk from Sagrada Familia and has a huge supermarket and food courts/great restaurants just 10 minutes away. There's a beautiful park and kids' playground just 5 minutes away. Getting to the beach on foot would take approximately an hour, it's a beautiful walk anyway! You have all the necessary basic kitchenware to make breakfast or dinner if you are on a budget, but we didn't cook much at the apartment, just occasional quick stuff. The staff is friendly, providing a good amount of instructions to make your stay smooth and as easy as it gets. The cleaning staff - are superheroes, everything was top-notch and shiny inside. 5/5, great value for the money, we recommend the stay.

The only downside is, you can hear everything in the apartment, so you have to be very quiet after 9.

The location was great, very near metro, very near Sagrada Familia. The host is great, and communication top-notch, she managed to find space for us to leave our luggage on our last day even though all her lockers were booked.

Smaller bedroom needs shelves or a little chest of drawers, more space for clothes, more hangers in closet, hooks for hanging. Bathroom needs hooks and shelves behind toilet for toiletries. Kitchen- Needed directions for stove and washing machine. Need large spatula and large frying pan cover for making eggs. Bigger pillows for big bedroom.

Location! Well-designed for its purpose. Nicely furnished. Loved the shower gel and nice towels. Excellent ventilation. Mostly super quiet neighbors! Appreciated the teas, coffees, sugar, salt and olive oil and soaps in kitchen. Quiet street. Welcoming entrance. Excellent staff: Laura was friendly, communicative, helpful, attentive, capable and generous with her time and information. Super quick to respond to questions. Pleasant personality. And last but not least, the lift is a huge plus!

One night there was a lot of noise inside the building, the other nights were quiet. The neighbourhood is not feeling very safe after 22:00 on your own.

Laura, the host, was really accessible. Beforehand as during the stay. The apartment was clean and has two separate bedrooms with sufficient space and a really nice closet. There are a lot of windows with natural light which is nice. The subway station was only a short 5 minute walk and the Sagrada familia is nearby as well.

I spent a week with very puffy eyes because the smoke from outside/other flats came in.
