Going home😭

Location, facilities, host. This home from home in fenals is what was needed to relax and recharge the batteries before the winter months. The property owner sergi is the most kindest, helpful person I've met through my many years of traveling. He has great knowledge of the area and knows all the best spots to visit, dine and explore. We will definitely be back no doubt. Mucho gracias!!

Sergei could not have been more helpful! Lovely little apartment just 5 minutes to the sandy beach. Great walks and restaurants in the area. Spectacular views along the beach in the evening.

Everything about this apartment was perfect - the friendly owner (who let us check in early because the apartment had been free the night before), the prepared material with information about the beaches and lots of other sights and activities in the area, the location - very close to the beach and also close to supermarkets, restaurants and the bus stop - and the apartment itself is beautiful and spacious enough for a family of 4 and fully equipped. We'd love to come back!

Very nice apartment and a very nice and friendly host. Underground parking available in the apartment rental price. The apartment is located about 200 meters from the beach. The apartment had everything needed.

Huge thanks to Sergi, Stayed in this apartment to watch my son in the micfootball competition. Exceeded all expectations,apartment was amazing and the host Sergi was such a great guy,he picked us up from airport and dropped us back off at the airport when we were leaving at 3am. Really can’t say enough good things about this place,fantastic location,literally 2 mins away from the beach. If I could give it 11 out of 10 then I would. If you fancy a break away from things than do yourself a favour and book this place….I can assure you,you won’t be disappointed….

nothing very bad, just a few minor suggestions made to Sergi as being a host myself. Hot water comes in short supply in these small flats so be mindful of sharing shower times. Again nothing that would be a red flag.

very clean and nice natural light coming in. Sergi was one of the most welcoming and ´wanting to please ´ host I have seen in all my travels. That adds a lot to the overall journey.

Everything was great! Great location, appartement was beautiful and clean, had all the necessary amenities. Host was very helpful and available if we needed.. Definitely recommend staying here. We will return next time we are visting Spain.

Everything. Apartment is located in a peaceful area close to beach and supermarket. We had everything we needed to feel home away from home. It's comfortable and clean. We got an early check-in and welcoming present. The host is always available and we appreciated his hospitality. It's a great value for your money!

The location is near 2 beaches,,just around the corner you have shops, bars and restaurants. 5 min walk you can catch a ferry to visit tossa del mar which is a very pretty medieval costal village and San cristina hermitage which has the most precious view of the coast. Appartment very spacious and comfortable and Sergie is a sweetheart ,who helps you with every need . Hope to return soon! Thks sergie

5 star welcome from sergi he kept in contact before and throughout our stay and was on hand for any info we needed the apartment was great as was the rooftop pool as not too deep so ideal for our daughter. Also very close to beach and shops would seek to stay here again next time in Lloret. Thanks again sergi for everything 😊

We didn't find any negatives.

Sergi was really nice always checking if we need anything. Nice welcome when we arrived with a bottle of wine in the fridge and a sweet dessert waiting for us on the table. The apartment is located very well just a five minutes walk from the beach. Also the area is very beautiful with plenty to do, water world is a 10 minutes drive and is really nice for all ages, boat trips from the beach along the Costa Brava, diving and you name it. Nothing was missing in the apartment, from the hair dryer, to iron table, child chair towels for every day of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at Beach & Pool 365 days and we will try to go back.

Apartment is really cool. We had everything what we needed. The kitchen is well equipped. In sitting-room is SmartTV. Wi-Fi is really fast. Good choice for everybody - group of friends or families. We traveled with toddler and we got everything for her - bed or high chair. Localization is great - 2-3min from the Fenals beach. But the best thing is contact with host - Sergi. He is so nice, polite and helpful person. We will definitely come back to this apartment.

The pool on the roof was closed in May, but we knew that even before booking it. There were very few minor things that bothered us, but nothing is 100% special. But this apartment sure was close to special.

An apartment with a very good location in Lloret de Mar. It's close to everything but far enough from the noise. Owner was very friendly and willing to help us with everything we might want. Aprartment comes with a free parking spot in the basement. A very good bonus as there're not many parking spots outside. We really liked the welcome gift that was left on table by the owner. The whole apartment was stylish and felt like home. Kitchen was well equipped and all the food you want could be done there.

The apartment, the owner and the location are just perfect. It completely exceeded our expectations and I cannot think of a single thing to complain about. I will definitely look for this accommodation again.

Not being able to sleep due to dogs from the hotel in front off us barking all night till the early hours off the morning and the bathroom doesn't have hand rails so was hard getting in and out off the bath no good for a disabled person or elderly person
