We lost all power in the apartment on the first evening and despite contacting the staff and being told they would sort it first thing the following day, they didn't appear to take any action until we went to see them and asked for an update. When paying such a premium for accommodation, I expected more proactive service. Fortunately the problem then got sorted quickly and didn't reoccur.

Great location. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The main bedroom is at the back so it was nice and quiet (despite the Good Friday parade going on until late at night!). The aircon/heating both worked efficiently.

This apartment is very spacious, quiet, and in a very convenient location. All attractions and loads of restaurants are all within 10 minutes walk. The management office is a few steps across from the apartment. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. When asked they gave us list of restaurants that met our requirements. We already shared info about this property to our close friends. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area in the future.

Had to cut short our holiday by 2 days but despite giving 24 hour notice didn't get any money back (to be expected I suppose but was hoping maybe 1 night would have been refunded)

Great location in the old town and a lovely coffee shop downstairs. Very clean Perfect size We were a family of 5 and it fit us comfortably. Staff were really helpful and responsive to emails Would recommend and definitely hope to come back

Slept OK on the mattress but it was a bit thin and could feel a spring on the window-side of the mattress.

Excellent location in Old Town, close to everything. The kitchen is set up well for cooking.

More soap, more washing up liquid (one sachet was provided) and more dishwasher tablets (2 were provided) would have been nice. Fine if you are staying a couple of nights but less so if you are staying for a week like we did. If every guest needs to purchase these things when they only need a small amount it is not very effective.

There are a few details that could be addressed around the apartment such as wear to two of the dinning chairs and some damage to the flooring but doesn't really detract from the experience

The location was excellent right above a brilliant coffee shop and roastery in the middle of the old town. Very nicely appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent apt right across the street from the rental office. Location was perfect, within walking distance of everything Girona has to offer including excellent restaurants.

Our first visit to Girona was complemented by staying in the apartment 1A for 3 nights. We really appreciated the whole space, very clean and comfortable. Check in made easy and efficient with the help of Bravisssimo lovely staff, who showed us around the apartment and booked a taxi for the airport. Location is fantastic for every thing you could ever need, very good accommodation in the heart of the city.

The recommended parking is expensive and far away. And the beds were terrible; creaky old things with spring you could hear, hard as wood. Also because there are several apartments for rent, there are people running about all night on holiday, yelling and singing, not good for cyclists who are trying to sleep and wake up early to ride.

The staff was excellent, very helpful. I think it would be good to notify people though that when arriving in a car, it is very hard to stop and unload. Once we were in, the place was spacious and super clean, wifi and heat all worked very well. The washing machine is also a dryer - beware! I shrank some things accidentally.

Apartment starting to show signs of wear and tear on paintwork so if high standard is to continue it needs to be painted at end of this summer season.Some fixtures seem a bit flimsy for the use it is getting .

It was a little complicated to figure out the garbage pick up schedule: by city rules, garbage containers put out in evening for different items each day. We managed most of the time. I actually liked that garbage is picked up during the night in the old part of the city and during the day you don't see any containers.

I loved picking up the keys from the office, which was right across the street from the apartment. Met the whole crew! very nice accommodating group. I loved the tour of the apartment and tips on the regional food specialties and local markets. The property was impeccable: clean, comfortable, big and centrally located. Two bathrooms were really convenient. It also had everything to support cooking: good size pots and skillets as well as nice utensils. I loved the sealed cleaning package with a new sponge and microfiber towel.

The staff is very attentive and easy to reach. Their office is just across the street, which makes the check in process very easy and comfortable. The apartment is in great condition and couldn’t be more centric located.

Clinical apartment, could do with a few touches to make it more homely and welcoming. Providing tea and coffee would be good. The apartment could be beautiful but lacks personality.

Bedding that was not clean - this was obviously not checked during cleaning. Pillows smelled of stale sweat and had to be replaced. The duvets were stained. The bed was uncomfortable as the springs protruded. There was a spillage on the access stairs, made by a guest of the building, that remained uncleaned, despite it being reported to the office.

Staff helpful in the office on arrival. Being allowed to store our cases in the office as the apartment was not ready on our early arrival.
