The house red wine was awful, it has been for the last 3 years!l. The bottled red wine alternatives were overpriced..

We were upgraded to a brilliant junior suite. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. Nice pool. Friendly helpful staff.

Our room is in front of the animation stage, with high volume until almost 00:00, so forget to rest before or relax if you want (one of the days we couldn't even talk). They don't give the option to decide if you want a room in front of stage or not. One of the maid, took of one of our cards and "lost it" and she forgot to put 2 towels back (we need to ask to reception). The beds could be a bit more comfy.

The pools were nice, several pool chairs available, the prices aren't so expensive, good buffet (medium/high level), we can go the the lagoon by foot (don't go in low tide), the rooms were well cleaned.

Naff entertainment. no mealtime outdoor seating. less luxurious than the pictures. no restaurant. Small rooms lacks personality and feels like they're still finishing it , despite it being well used.

Buffet was good had lots of options, not so good for allergies and intolerances, but many vegan and veggie options! lovely view down to the sea. Staff were great.

Maybe more background music in the bottom pool. Mosquitos were a bad issue in the corridors.

Entertainment staff were superb. Buffet food was really good. Staff generally were very friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t very English friendly because everything was in Spanish, entertainment and games we played all in Spanish. We literally had to watch others to understand the rules of a game. Also the money being charged for towels 10€ each was a joke and if I wanted to get a clean one later more money

It was frustrating how the games room was shut in the day, it would have been nice to be able to make use of it in the day. It was frustrating to get towels from the hotel, you could only collect them after 11 am from the inside spa and you had to have cash to be able to collect it. Which on the first day we didn’t have.

There were lots of sunbeds available. The rooms were very spacious.  The hotel on the whole was very clean and there were lots of activities to get involved in.

they closed the pool bar the day we were there as it was due to rain. no rain in the end but the bar didn’t open.

The ambient music played around the pool could be a bit annoying. I would personally enjoy peace and quiet more but that's a personal opinion. The entertainment in the evening could be a bit loud but always finished by midnight.

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and a huge bed. Having a refrigerator that was quiet was great, as was having a kettle to make a nice cup of tea. The meals were amazing with a great variety of food. The staff were very attentive and hard working.

The location is a bit isolated

The swimming pool was fantastic!!! The check-in was efficient and quick. We also we got upgrade to a sea view room.

I think hotel needs more love to outside green area and maybe bit more cleaning to be done in other areas .like where table tennis..and gym...there isn't one🤔 No coffee in room only tea..no milk

Hotel is fantastic with spacious rooms, pleasant staff and brilliant pool area Didn't use restaurant so can't comment on food but is buffet style one. Ox Burger at pool bar delicious 😋

Not enough outside dining space, and inside was very uplit and noise was like a school canteen.
