It was amazing! We had a great time in this hotel! The place was beautiful and super clean. We loved the breakfast. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived with 2 bikes and they offered storage and help with our bikes. I really recommend this place! We will definitely be back ❤️

Very difficult to find even with GPS BUT our being lost led to the greatest benefactions of all. This was a Sunday. I called the owners and they came and found me and my wife, they took charge of everything, the parked our car in a little space behind the hotel, they carried our bags up from here to the door, they booked a table for us in a great restaurant nearby, they made sure our stay was perfect .

Everything a hotel should be this hotel is. Perfection. A masterpiece. A chic modern building. A beautiful modern room with a stupendous view off to the mountains. Very comfortable beds which cured a back problem of mine . A dream bathroom. Wonderful sun filled breakfast room.

Beautifully, individually designed with superb quality furnishings and fittings. Top quality bedding, towels and robes. Breakfast with local meats and cheeses, fresh orange juice, good yoghurt and coffee. Perfect croissants. Access to the building at all times with keypad. Near to restaurants, bars and smart shops. With the help of our host, we parked in nearby square free of charge.

Everything was perfect!

The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Made us feel at home and offered to make us breakfast to go for our early start on our final morning. The view from our room was gorgeous and little touches such as included breakfast, tea and coffee in the room with good size mugs, robes and slippers made it one of our favourite stays on our trip. Would highly recommend staying here!

Can’t really think of anything! Parking situation is easily resolved with the funicular a few minutes away.

A true boutique hotel, everything was clearly thought through. The design, the rooms, the view, the breakfast, the service - really no lowpoints at all! Very central location, but still very quiet. Book the rooms with mountain view - amazing!

Parking near the hotel can be a bit of an issue.

Luis and his wife are extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is modern, clean, and provides all necessities. Located very central in Puigcerda, near many bars and restaurants, yet the hotel is very quiet.

The staff was great. Even thought they did not know English, he used an app. to talk and translate for us. They were very helpful and even moved their car to let us have a parking space near the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel, we had a great time here. The owner Luis is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new and very well equipped and stylish decorated. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is great, lots of great little details that make your stay a delight.

The only minor thing was the tight street parking, (which is the case everywhere you go in Spain), but our car was fine and we always felt safe.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! We loved watching the sun rise without having to get up from our bed; the shower was amazing (robe and slippers were also provided); breakfast had the BEST coffee "americano" of our entire 2 week trip around Spain/Catalunya; you are walking distance from the old town shops as well as dining options; and last but not least we had a very attentive host, who made sure we were properly taken care of during our stay.

Nothing needed improving at all, it was spot on.

The CIM boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic. The decor was modern and clean, and the room really lovely with great views. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and breakfast was also delicious. The central location was also really convenient. We will definitely stay again.
