We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere were a few items missing for the kitchen. Only one wine glass and no corkscrew. The microwave was difficult to use not sure if it's faulty or user error. There was no plug for the kitchen sink. The batteries for the TV remote need changing soon. The front door key was difficult to use until we got used to not pushing it in all the way.

Nice apartments. Very close to the metro, 20 minutes and in the center. The location is great. Quiet residential area. Everything is nearby. There was quick communication with the administrator for all wishes and questions. Thank you. If you go to Barcelona, then come to you.

United StatesYou have to contact the host online to book the check in time ahead, and also do check in (and city tax), etc. online.
The host speaks good English and fairly quick to respond online. The place is in a good area, safe, and only 50 meters from the metro station. If you drive a car, you can unload by temperaroy parking in front of the building. Several hundred meters away there might be some free street parking spaces. The most convenient transportation mode is still by metro.

NetherlandsThey used a 3th person in handing the keys and that created a little bit of misunderstanding, which gave us small stress, but all was resolved in good manner!
We only stayed 2 days so no real time to enjoy to much the apartment, but is a decent size and good equip with all you might need. Train line to the center of Barcelona is very close, but we were under clock so we didn't really got time to figure the route, we used the personal car, for which we had a parking place in the garage under the apartment complex. ( i suggest to reserve it, parking on the street not really available)

RomaniaThe apartment is situated on the ground floor and the big windows on the sidewalk were a little uncomfortable for us. Few hours after check-out I have informed I have forgotten my earrings in the apartment and indicated the exact spot. Even though I received positive answer, that the problem will be checked with the cleaning lady, neither Carlos or Anabel came back with a feedback. We were still in Barcelona at that time and could have returned to collect the earrings.
The location is great, close to restaurants, coffe shops, bakeries and supermarkets. Metro station Cornella Riera is few steps away. The apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a late check in, which was informed in advance, and we were waited. Thank you, Carlos!

SerbiaWe came late at night and the owner waited for us and gave us the key. Host was super nice. Towels were immediatley changed when asked. The flat was clean. The flat had everything, iron, washing machine, all kitchen supplies, soap, toalet paper… Metro was 2 minutes away from the flat. Our flat was really big (we were in duplex) and comfy. Really impressed😁
