When we arrived (early, I'd been told they would accommodate us if there was a room available) the concierge was rude and not very helpful. Thankfully he agreed to store our bags but when we asked if there were coffee shops nearby, he scoffed and said "not at this time" no follow up. Left a bad first impression, we were able to check in before the scheduled time a few hours later which we were grateful for, the rest of our interactions with the staff were great.

The location is good, an easy bus ride in to the main part of town. The streets are quiet with a few restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and well kept.

I think it was a little far from metro station, the only things that I did not like was that they take a guarantee for the room but I have to say that în 2-3vhours after check out I received the money back on the card. The view was some roof of other building, not very apailing

The stuff was helpful and amable, the room was ok, clean and pretty big.. Quiet zone,close enough to walk to Sants Station and Rambla de Catalunya (20 min walking). It was ok

Aircon didn’t work the first couple of days - it was way too hot in our room, and after that, it blasted out for the last 3 days, and we couldn’t turn it up, down or off, so it was way too cold. Also the pool is VERY small, be aware.

Great location, very clean hotel, and staff is ready to help.

While one of us was having a shower, the second one was lying in the bed after the shower. Then suddenly I heard our door opening and someone just said “Hola.” I was shocked and did not know what to do because the worker didn’t react to my questions in English, so my partner had to stop showering and talk to this woman in Spanish while having only a towel on because she did not plan on leaving. Turned out this woman wanted to refill our mini-bar because the previous guests drank something and they forgot to do it during the cleaning time. This is despicable. First, you cannot enter rooms like this, you never know what people might actually be doing. Knock, then knock again but NEVER enter like this unless you’re 100% sure that you are allowed to or the room is empty! Second, refill you mini-bar when rooms are empty or at least ask! We were passing by the reception desk all the time and nobody though of maybe simply asking when we would be away? And one more thing, please, install hand showers. Everybody keeps on mentioning this but the owners are not eager to make this step.

The hotel is nice. The room is very spacious so do not really understand why people in the reviews sometimes say that this room is not big enough for two, that’s very far from being truth. Everything was very clean, new towels were delivered every day, even slippers were there! The public transportation is relatively close, very easy to get around.

Poor Wi-Fi, and lack of proper lighting in the bathroom. Shower head was not removable.

Friendly staff, and very welcoming. Nice interior, comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast was also excellent. The room was spacious and very convenient.

the room was quite a bit old fashioned and it did smell like that. the worst part was, that above us were some loud noises at 6 o‘clock in the morning on a sunday. the noises were kind of „some one is moving chairs all the time“

As mentioned in many reviews, quite bad WiFi (actually the worst ever). Even the the TV wasn't working properly. But, who cares? If you are in Barcelona in summertime you enjoy the town...

Very comfortable hotel, well equipped. You won't be disappointed. The parking lot is aside the hotel and is perfect.

The aircon in our room was not cooling, it was just recycling the room's air. Barcelona can be very hot and humid, so a good aircon is a must in a 4 star hotel. The bathroom did not have an extractor, so all the hot air would go into the room. This on top of the aircon not working made it quite hard to sleep or stay in the room for too long

Great staff, very friendly and helpful, both at reception, breakfast and housekeeping. Nice rooms, with good sized beds and soundproofed. Breakfast was very good as well, very generous and quite varied

Basic facilities like a kettle and some coffee/tea would add a nice touch to the experience. Despite having stayed in their best room, these facilities were missing.

The Hotel, though away from the centre, is still in a good location, and well connected. The staff is sweet and cordial. The coffee shop opposite the hotel is a must-try!

The swimming pool was not in the hotel itself and the gym has not well equipped.

The room was smaller than anticipated for two people but perfect for one person. The elevator didn't work properly during our stay.

The staff was very professional and friendly. We got a free pass to the Egyptian Museum as guests, which was a really nice gesture. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and design.

A few more loungers in the pool area might be useful so people have more space to lie down!

A nice hotel with good staff a little outside the Eixample area but walkable if you like walking! The room was a good size with good aircon. The pool in the sister hotel across the road was nice but very small.
