My room didn’t have working air conditioning and it was very close to reception - I could hear people returning and making noise in the corridor at all hours of the night. Granted it’s not the properties fault but some signage to keep noise down would be courteous. Additionally my air conditioning didn’t work, so my room was roasting.

The garden for the sunsets was fantastic!!! Look straight at the castle from the garden. Best part of my stay. The buffet breakfast also a big win.

Great boutique hotel right in old town and very close to Alcazar and Cathedral. The parking was brilliant for an old town location with easy access and big spaces. Outdoor garden setting was very peacefu; Hotel instructions for access were extremely helpful given proximity of roadworks

Excellent hotel, location and staff. Only major problem was severe difficulty to reach car parking due to road works. This was beyond the ability of the staff to rectify! In summary, we had an excellent two night stay.

Central and v clean. Friendly staff lovely young woman on reception. We wanted a stop over to see Segovia which is full of really quality tapas bars had breakfast in Plaza Major by a lovely fruit and food market . Only there for 24 hours so it was a quick visit to see the sights and the Hotel was such good value.

A male staff member was quite abrupt with us when we were looking at the garden terrace and bar. We were both shocked at the manner in which he approached us. There is a bar but we were told there would be no service at the bar, only room service which contradicted the signage at the bar. Minor issues but nevertheless something as simple as how you are spoken to can leave an impression (positive or negative).

The main (female) staff member we primarily dealt with during our stay was outstanding. Great room. Sensational view of the Alcázar from our balcony.

A fantastic smart hotel close to all the Sergovia attractions. Great room with a great view. Staff were really helpful and friendly. All the facilities were immaculate. Car parking was easy and there was an EV charger in the garage that u used for my Tesla.

The hotel is steps from the main square and the cathedral and an easy walk down to the aqueduct. It is spotlessly clean with a good shower and firm but comfortable beds. My room was small but completely comfortable. The breakfast is good - fresh fruit, and a variety of cereals and breads. The staff were kind and helpful and let me leave my luggage for a few hours. A small pretty garden overlooking a wonderful view is a charming bonus. I hope to stay here again one day.

The road works, but they were temporary and had to be done. The room's sound proofing was excellent.

We walked everywhere, and discovered the river walk below the Alkazar and the lovely town square, all so close by. There was just a really pleasant atmosphere in the hotel.

One minor inconvenience— not the fault of the hotel— is there is a bit of road construction going on between the hotel and the Cathedral. It was be over soon, I’m sure.

Perfectly located in Segovia for the Alcazar, Plaza Mayor, Cathedral, and a comfortable walk to the Aqueduct through a perfect part of town. Beautiful hotel. Great service. Will return.

Grab rails to assist and provide security when using shower over bath. Not all clients are young and fit!

Hotel recently renovated to a high standard. Gave everything you would expect. Short walk to the Plaza Major and the Alcazar. In house garage was reasonably priced and accessible though was difficult to find due to road closures for works by the Ayuntamiento. Not a fault of the hotel who provided details of alternative route. Thankfully a local group of workers assisted by leading me through the maze of streets. An example of the generous nature of the locals. When they dig up the roads forget the sat-nav.

Roadworks in road to front of hotel meant we had to navigate to garage not the hotel, the road name of which didn’t appear in Google Maps or Garmin but Waze got us there! Email about this with road name by road name directions came after latest cancellation time and would be difficult to follow as many road names are not visible from the junctions

Lovely place with very nice rooms and balcony with a view. 2 minutes down walking to the Alcazar, 5 minutes walking up to the town center. The hotel has a private and comfortable parking. Breakfast is nice, not much vegetables but its not different from other hotels.
