Friendly reception staff, impressively multi-lingual. Very close to the station and a short walk to the old town. No breakfast but many cafes nearby. Hotel was clean and comfortable but basic - e.g. No reading light or bedside lamp . It was a very quiet internal room

The room was rather small and the bed was also quite small and a bit rickety.

We were greeted by Joel, he spoke excellent English and helped to recommend nice restaurants in Girona. The Eixample car park next door has a deal with the hotel which gave us slightly cheaper parking.

The only issue that could do with attention is there appears to be a damp problem in the hotel stairwells.

Hotel Europa is very comfortable and super-convenient small hotel. Its close to Girona train station and the old city - just across the river. The reception staff were so very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was basic but large, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The cost was most reasonable.

We liked the hotel. A good hotel for a short vacation. There is parking next to the hotel. It has excellent wi-fi, but no kettle or mini-fridge. Good value for money

They seemed to have stopped doing breakfast, perhaps have a look at that next year as an option. However there is a cafe across the corner.

Good standard of hotel, clean and easy to reach from the station. The personnel were helpful at all times. A short stay for me, but everything was in order.

Toilet downstairs in lobby was broken. Pillows were hard.

The hotel is around 20 minutes away from the airport. As we landed the bus to the city left and the next one was 3 hours away. The only option was taxi, which costs 45 euros. But if you find fellow travelers (who also search for cheaper ways of transportation) Taxi would be divided through the number of passengers. The hotel is located 3 minutes away from bus/train station - very convenient. The walk to the old city (including to all Game of thrones places) is a 20 minutes relaxed walk, it’s on the other side of the River. The hotel itself is little and cosy. Overall no big complaints. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast at the hotel and no good place close. Pillows are a little hard. But if you plan to stay there 1-2 nights, it’s perfectly ok. If you search for Budget but tasty food, Visit Bali fresh bar restaurant for lunch and König chain restaurant for dinner, both 5 min walk from the hotel.

No complaints whatsoever. It was a little far from the old town, but we were able to walk it easily enough, and we are not spring chickens.

We did not have breakfast. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and quiet, a little small as we had 3 twin beds but good storage. Also, there was a gluten-free store and Café close by.

Air conditioning was so nice but in the quadruple room it wasn’t quite enough to be cool but enough to keep windows closed. The one issue is the key in slot means when you leave and take the key, you also lose air conditioning so you lose the cooling you may have acquired and start all over again. Room is very outdated. Not terrible though and location outweighed decor. :)

The property had an excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I have to mention Patricia who went above and beyond to help us find our lost phone, overall al the staff was very nice and considerate.

The bathroom door was really noisy, so squeaky that it woke us up when anyone went to the bathroom Would be better to have a kettle in the room for tea/coffee

The room was Very small, but quite comfortable. So it wasn't really a problem.

A comfortable hotel, located very close to the bus and train station. We arrived very late but didn't have any problems. Though we stayed for one night only, we enjoyed our stay.
