Although the building design was from a world class architect, the exhibitions center site behind the hotel, and the comercial center beneath it are a bit abandoned. There was also a unpleasant smell when we arrived.

Cosy place and everything we needed, a park, and even a gym. Awesome architectural building.

Thermostat was locked and the room temperature was too high for a comfy sleeping. Shower’s water was cold. We had to use the tub.

Found a bed bug. Rather far from city center so plan for some walking (20 min).

It’s a new, big hotel so the facilities are really good. Rooms are new and huge, there’s so much space. Staff was exceptionally helpful when we really needed serious help. Indoor parking is available. View is nice.

The shower door opens inside the cabin - a challenge to get in/out

Location in the quiet neighbourhood but close to the old town (25min walk), breakfast buffet, reception staff, underground parking. The room was BIG, the bathroom had a shower and bathtub, two sinks, extra toiletries. Excellent price.

Being quite picky here but the sofa bed for the kids was not too comfortbale. Would be nice to have a few more options to eat on site as well.

The family room is very spacious and had different zone which made the stay with our 3 energetic children very easy and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely superb and it was nice to have the bar for nibbles in the evening. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

It’s about a 25 minute walk to the old town, so not the best option if you’re traveling for leisure. The breakfast also was incredibly chaotic and understaffed; we arrived over an hour before breakfast was ending and most food was gone. The staff was working as quickly as possible to replenish but were really struggling to keep up with demand.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast had tons of options.

The hotel does only provide spanisch speaking TV channels. Being a Eurostar hotel, it should provide English, French, Italian, and German TV channels for non spanisch guests as well.

The hotel is located in the central location of Odvieo.

Main shower cubicle flooded the floor. A little tatty in places. Incredible, space age building. However, the windows are dirty (outside) and the windowsills.

The room was extremely large and it seemed a little abandoned as some part of the furnitura was moved away by some reason, thus half of the room was empty. Bar started to work only from 7pm...

Hotell's architecture is impresive, very monumental building, morelikely very expensive was to build. Great parking under the building with direct access to Hotell.

parking ticket, each step out of the hotel you must stamp the parking ticket, they need to find out better way to avoid this negative point, for example giving one permanent ticket for staying period.

Need to do something about the door in the shower, it is impossible to walk in unless you are a stick. (213) It would be good to have a cafe open throughout the year. I understand the need for vacation but it seems strange to me that such a great hotel doesn't provide food for lunch and dinner. Windows should be washed to enjoy the beautiful views of the building and the city. Check the blinds, some are torn (213)
