Our room didn't have a view. It has 2 tiny window up high with bars looking directly at a wall, so the room felt dark or we felt like we were in a cell when we opened the curtains. Beds were a little hard.

The hotel has a really good location close to main street La Rambla( 2min walk).The room was small but clean, and it's enough for a few days. Breakfast was really simple but perfect for your day start. All staff in the kitchen and lobby are really nice and helpful. You ve got lockers to keep your luggage. I recommend that place and hopfly come back one day again.

The air conditioning in the single room fanned DIRECTLY onto the bed. This made for a very cold night/bad sleep or no AC and a warm night with poor sleep! I’m true European fashion there is no comforter, just a thin sheet and an extra scratchy motel style blanket. The hallways are also echo a lot with people walking or talking, almost no soundproofing or sound deadening in the hallways (some rugs or wall baffles would do wonders here).

Exceptional location right in the Gothic Quarter. Walking distance to all of the hot spots (exception of Sagrada Familia as it is across town from most things). Staff were lovely! Good breakfast considering cost of the room. Bed for a single room was decently comfortable, pretty sure it’s a foam pad and not a mattress. Nice and clean and I always felt safe.

The room was clean and had a safe . It’s was a bit small we got a double bed and a bunk bed with private bathroom. The view of the room was beautiful! The included breakfast was pretty good also. I’d go back !

Location is perfect for the Gothic Quarter. Can't go wrong here. Room was a little small but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Not great but good. The restaurant was good as well and you get a 10% discount staying at the hotel. Great service at front desk. Cabs can get to this area as well.

Very little.

Very well located- a few minutes away from public transport. A very generous daily breakfast provided . The staff were all very friendly and their helpfulness made it a perfect stay. Rooms were cleaned daily. The room was small but perfectly adequate. A separate kitchen with a dining area were available with cooking facilities should you choose to use it. We ate at the restaurant on a few nights which was very convenient after long days of sightseeing.

Our room was in the 5th floor and the elavator went only to the 4th floor. It was hard to take two heavy suitcases and a baby trolly from 4th floor to 5th floor through stairs.

It was very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. They packed our breakfast because our flight was early at the morning and we could not have the breakfast at the Hostal and that was really nice of them.

The odours in the room were too strong. I understand that it is nice if the room is a little perfumed, but the room was absolutely too much perfumed.

Location is great in the middle of everything. The staff was nice, room clean. The self-service breakfast was also very good with enough different food to choose. The responsivness of the staff was instant and always very polite. Also their restaurant has quite good food to eat in the evening.

The room was very small, however was fine for the few days we were there. The breakfast was nothing special, for us it was important as we were travelling with a toddler, but if you don't need it better to grab breakfast somewhere in the city, they have amazing bakeries and food in general is very good across town

Great location, staff at reception were incredibly nice and helpful in various ways (getting additional towels when maids forgot to change them, recommendations for best local places to eat, etc.).

Excellent breakfast with many selections for all tastes. Staff works hard to keep food ready. Room smallish but spotless with lovely modern bathroom, hot water, and comfortable bed. Location in Gothic quarter near LaRambla and Liceu metro is perfect!

Room was a bit small, but nevertheless very comfortable!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. We felt safe the whole time, especially because there was someone at the reception 24/7. Although the street could be a bit noisy at night, the location was perfect and we slept great. The breakfast buffet was basic but nice!

The window was pretty small, right onto a wall so there was not too much od daylight. But after all in motivated us to walk around the city.

The location was great - all the main attractions were within walking distance. The room was quite small but clean. Breakfast was an excellent addition to the stay.
