Tea/coffee making facilities would have been appreciated

Stunning gardens and very quiet. Short walk into Elche which was a lovely town. 25 minute drive to a beautiful beach. Plenty to do and wish we had stayed longer.

Multiple rooms (mostly four) share a single bungalow. Via the bathrooms you hear very much activity from your neighbours in that spaces. Either the walls are very thin or the ceiling is not properly soundproof. I'd suggest ear-muffs in case you've a light sleep and/or you go to bed early. In terms of energy-savings the outside lightning needs not to be turned on, when the sun is still much above horizon. Regular standard price for single business travellers makes booking in terms of economy nearly impossible.

Very friendly and well-trained personal, in all business units starting from house-keeping via F&B staff up to reception. Breakfast is in a very good state, though the fried eggs were cold due to missing heating at buffet. Made it also possible to receive a fresh early bird (picknick) at 4 o'clock in the morning due to early check-out and organised taxi on time. The rooms (received an upgrade) including bathrooms were outstanding.

Hairdryer in room was one of those fixed to the wall ones that are rubbish. No kettle or coffee making facilities but they brought me a kettle when I asked for one

It was gorgeous. Palm trees everywhere, rooms are little bungalows nestling in the gardens. Great location for exploring. Restaurant is fabulous fine dining

I don’t have a kettle in my room 🤣 but when I asked reception for one, they brought one straight up. The hairdryer was next to useless so I bought one locally for €20

It’s gorgeous. Very chilled and relaxing. Beautifully done. I stayed in a junior suite and it was just gorgeous. Lovely pool, plenty of beds, shade if you need.

we found the parking on site easy. The evening meal was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent.

The half board lacks options at tea time, it is also very late as the restaurant doesn’t open till 20:30. Elche is far from the sea and lacks things to do in the day. Pool within the hotel is very small.

Hotel is beautiful and accommodating, more for the older clientele. Elche its self is a beautiful little town, but doesn’t benefit from the choice of restaurants and excursions. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the pool.

Car park is a bit expensive considered that we pay same price as people not staying at the hotel.

Is a lovely hotel that are unusual with different room/cabins located around palm trees and lovely green areas / plants / trees. The breakfast is good and overall we feel a good value for the price . Restaurant food is amazing with fine-dining presentations

No coffee facilities in suite. Ultra modern but no comfortable seating. No settee as described and had to request bath robes. To their credit we were offered a room which had not been modernised but looked more comfy but it was in a scruffy corner of the gardens. Guess it is personal choice so no complaints as such. Rooms are dark inside due to the outside foliage which is stunnning so a small table and chairs outside your room would have been pleasant. This is not a complaint as such, just some suggestions for small improvements to make it perfect. We would recommend to others.

Lovely setting and pool. Great location for centre and botanical gardens. All staff were excellent and helpful.

Not much really. The layout of the bedrooms which are actually like huts all over the grounds of the hotel does not give a lot of privacy when showering etc but good quality fittings in the bathroom. The food in the main restaurant could have been a little hotter just by serving on warmed plates but I am being a bit picky here.

Like an oasis very near the centre of the city. Excellent good value meal in the restaurant surprisingly good service and quality. Wines very reasonable for the standard of restaurant. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was OK but the room where it was served was very basic but it’s an affordable hotel which we would recommend.
