I had an amazing stay at Mas el Mir! The location is fantastic, nestled among the mountains, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious, with meals prepared by the host herself, adding a personal and homey touch to every dish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful mountain retreat with excellent hospitality and homemade cuisine.

We adored the location in the peaceful mountains, as well as the morning views and the nature's sounds. The cats and dogs were adorable - the owners friendly and the breakfast amazing. Great experience overall, in a renovated and cozy 14th century farmhouse.

I won't tell that any of it ruined our trip, but there are some points I'd like to mention: - 15 euro per night as an extra fee for a dog sounds too much for me, as the owner Eva has her own dogs and cats walking around the property. But they provided us blanket for dog, plates for food/water (even if we had ones), so I think it's fine - It was our wedding anniversary trip (I mentioned it to the owner while booking the accommodation), so as usual I expected some surprise from the property (maybe champagne or fruits/sweets), but did not get anything. However, tasty dinners and massage gave us already enough pleasure.

Our stay was just amazing! The details and interior - couldn't be better! The owner Eva and all staff were really lovely and kind! We stayed for two nights, enjoyed time next to the swimming pool, also our 7 months old puppy finally was running in freedom in nearby nature, trying to catch butterflies and saying hi to goats and caws. We escaped from a city heat and got blessed by rain at the afternoons, while we spent time under the hot sun at the mornings. Perfect balance! We recommend to have a dinner at the property! We tried all menu and all dishes were exceptional! Also relaxing body massage by Bernart is must-have experience! Organic shampoo, eco lotions, etc. - no need to bring anything with you!

The info on this site is incorrect and fraudulent. I booked a farmhouse, with one friendly dog and one friendly cat. The owners dog attacked my dog on initial meeting (which has occurred before from the owners mouth) and she had 3 unfriendly cats. It is not possible to enter your room without passing them. The owner is rude, doesn't respond to her phone, unless you are confirming the extra 43 euros for dinner and 18 euros for breakfast ppn, or if you want her expensive massages. After leaving her 'manufactured tranquility' and making the decision to return home, rather than spend a weekend of my dog being attacked by her pets. She made sure before I got down to hill to take my money! She's not slept for 120 days apparently, and you are there for her convenience not the other way round. The insides were dirty, the staff on another planet and I wouldn't go back if my life depended on it! She'll respond with something about other people's experiences, she'll confuse perception with experience and tell you the 5 or 9 years she's been doing this no-one has had any problems. Oh and being a vet, she understands animals - she's as fraudulent as her hotel's description so you decide. She was happy for me and my dog to walk around in 40 degree heat, while we were waiting for her. She was apparently getting supplies, she was actually having lunch with her husband because 'she has a life'. Well guess what, your guests also have lives and when they are paying over 200 euros a night including food they should take priority! AVOID
