The windows didn't work so couldn't close it properly so actually everyone could get to the room by the window. The staff is ok, but not really happy to deal with you.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Small buffet, small choice and selection. The room was poorly insulated; you could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The room was neat, tidy and smallish. For the 2 nights we stayed it was good. On the lovely beach and the promenade of Port Soller. Check-in 24h was very helpful as our flight was delayed.

Room was very small but very expensive, 197 euros. TV had a fault and bed made a creaking noise at the tiniest move. Very annoying.

Breakfast just o.k. Dinner poor - issues re requests for - and understanding vegetarian (despite notice given before arrival) and general meal was poor. Staff gave poor reception and attitude but improved later. Owner was nice.

The fact cats were allowed in the breakfast room very off putting for us we did not eat there after first visit . We found a member of staff rude when we requested to cancel a taxi 12 hours in advance. However reception staff were helpful and sorted the issue immediately

Arrived and were told the room wasn’t available for night 1, so we had to swap hotels for a night which, while the other hotel was nice, it was an inconvenience and meant we didn’t really get to utilise all of Miramars facilities

No balcony, no fridge in the room is a big disadvantage. Also despite the fact that we were off season, it was quite noisy - it was loud on the corridor, and the noise comes into the room unfortunately - the doors are not very well sealed.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location - right at the central promenade, with shops, cafes and historical tram line stop. There is a restaurant and a bar opened till late evening, also a great patio with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoj a drink, chat or read a book. The rooms are basic, but everything is there. Beds are comfortable, there are night lamps on each side which are great. If you don't have a front room on the bay side, you do not get a balcony just the balcony door on the inner yard and neighbors, which is OK.

Although the room has been recently completely refurbished, it was lacking day to day maintenance. The balcony door did not lock, most of the plugs were unusable, and the toilet seat was hanging off its hinges. Air conditioning not working.

Incredible location right on the edge of the harbour/marina. Excellent room with balcony overlooking harbour. Very comfortable beds, the room has been refurbished to a very high standard. The Soller tram stops outside the property.

Check-in first attempted by slow, baffled waitress, who then abandoned me without explanation. Room not ready at 3.15pm, but quickly prepared after that. Prolonged drunken shouting on the street during the night - and the hotel had agreed to give me a 'quiet room'... Breakfast room dark and off-putting.

Lack of receptionist on arrival, met by a rather grumpy man who seemed like we'd put him out by being there. The rest of the staff we dealt with were lovely, especially cleaning staff. Shower was lacking a bit of pressure.

Air conditioning remote is stuck to the wall, with a barrier stopping you from making it cool! I get they're expensive to run but at nearly £100 a night it was something you'd expect!

The location is amazing. The town is very nice and the hotel is directly at the beach. Last rays of sun on the hotel terrace. The hotel provides in all the basic needs, nothing too fancy. It is great value for the price.
