Apartment was in the attic of an original Barcelona building and there was a working older elevator which only went to the floor below the attic so we had to carry our bags up another 3 flights of stairs. There was no washing machine as advertised in the booking and the bed in the master bedroom needed a new box spring and mattress as the current mattress was not well supported and squeaked a lot. Noise at times from the other apartments in the building was a problem but not disruptive for sleep. Prior knowledge of apartment location in the Attic would have been appreciated.

Location was excellent. Staff service was very good. Apartment was spacious and clean and had an outside patio deck with lovely potted plants.

One room that was connected to the kitchen was open to the hallway via non-closable windows. It would be a good improvement if they can be closed because now if anyone was awake the person in here would hear them walk to the hallway/kitchen/living room.

The reception/check-in was 24/7 available and very friendly. The appartement itself was very big and spacious which made it very comfortabel to use. Next to that the rooms where big and the beds where good. Next to a large living room and kitchen that where available. The metro and supermarkets where all close by which was very convenient.

The apartment is tired looking but with character. The washroom facilities & the way they are constructed (shower is raised off floor by 1.5 foot, creating a dangerous situation getting in & out; bathtub is also raised about 2 feet creating a dangerous situation) are at times an issue. One “bedroom” used to be a terrace & it was very cold in that room even though the radiator was on. I don’t discount the fact that the building is an old building but I don’t think that should be a bedroom. The unit next to ours was being renovated & we definitely could not sleep past 8am when they were working

Great location, spacious & all amenities were available within the apartment. Beautiful high ceilings & archways. A safe environment with a concierge for security. Lots of stores, restaurants, bakery’s & cafes along with access to the subway, taxis & transportation at the doorstep. The staff was very helpful & always available. They demonstrated quick responsiveness kindness & care making our stay the best it could be.

The location is excellent. In a nice area. The place is huge, has lots of charm and character, and is very clean. The room facing the street was noisy. Also, one night, you could hear lots of noise from people leaving. The other nights, it was all ok. Staff greeted us and were very kind and helpful. There's also a bus stop almost in front of the building.

The bed was very low and hard. The lift didn’t go our floor so had to use stairs. The lift was also regularly stuck on other floors as other people in building didn’t follow instructions to make sure door was always closed.

The little terrace was great to just sit back and relax. Having a washing machine was just what we needed. Overall plenty of room in the apartment.

The apartment was kind of grimy. Showerhead in one bathroom not attached and so that was problematic. Air conditioner didn't work in one bedroom.

Unfortunately, one of the two apartments only had cold water the whole week. however, due to the heat, this wasn't too bad. Unfortunately, you couldn't open the windows either, but there was air conditioning in every room.

the apartment was in a very good location. The staff was always there to help with complications and were very friendly. it was very clean and beautifully decorated. everything was available and very well equipped. We were a very large group but there was plenty of space for everyone so we could all eat together. we enjoyed our stay very much!

Air con in living space would randomly make loud noises. Washing machine leaked. One bathroom had a missing lock. All showers were working but damaged. Bathrooms need some attention.

Lots of space for a group of 7, no issues with 3 showers at once. Lots of separate living and sleeping spaces. Location is perfect for visiting Barcelona and getting around.

It was perfect for our purposes, we had a large group and needed somewhere close to the metro and in walking distance from day time activities. The apartment was large with tall ceilings and sufficient appliances.

We liked the apartment in general, but the bathrooms were quite small and the plumbing in one of them made a deafening noise when we turned on the shower or flushed it. The quality of the towels could be better. We believe that the apartment could have some more kitchen utensils, such as wine glasses, and a more cozy decoration.

The location of the apartment was very good. The bedrooms were large and the bedding clothes were good as well. The fact that the apartment had a laundry machine and an iron was helpful. Also, the host was supportive and we could contact them every time we needed.
