Need more space at breakfast.

The staff were really pleasant and friendly. Very convenient location for old town, shopping and restaurants. Garage for storing bikes. Susie at breakfast was really amazing and helpful.

My room had only a small window with not much daylight coming in. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the space where breakfast is served, is not so inspiring.

The location of the hotel is very central, so you can go to the old city by a 10 min. walk The staff is very kind and know what you need as a traveller. For example proactive in offering storing my luggage at an early arrival when the room was not ready, making use of a bathroom, etc.

The location is perfectly placed between the train station and the tourist sites. Our room was clean and quiet. It has a pleasant cafe/bar and offers breakfast.

Hotel at a great location near city centre and historic centre. Comfortable room with plenty of space and even a desk for your laptop. Ask for the price arrangement for the Plaza parking nearby. The very friendly staff will help.

The only external window was right over the busy, noisy street above the restaurants and all the smokers out on the sidewalk, so I kept it closed the entire stay, which made for a stuffy and uncomfortable room.

The staff is wonderfully helpful and the location is right in the heart of the riverfront happenings.

Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. I had inadvertently left a few belongings in a drawer which the staff found and kept for me until I returned the following week.

Hotel doesn’t have parking. Because we have big car we couldn’t park in the parking Hôtel has discount, instead we parked 10 min from hotel at free parking. Breakfast isn’t good enough. Our room had windows looked to the wall. Otherwise it great stay and we wood stay again in the hotel.

The room was big enough for us and our numerous suitcases, there is special nook for the child bed. Everything was spotless clean. Location is excellent.

There are no drawers for clothes. It makes it difficult to place 3 peoples items for a week without leaving them out on show. The air conditioning worked well in the 'sitting room/spare bedroom' but not in the main bedroom.

We had a junior suite, 501. Fabulous size with TV's in both the twin bedroom and the 'sitting room/second bedroom'. It was clean, had a kettle and coffee machine, mini bar and hairdrier. Fabulous location on the edge of historical Girona. No need for taxis. The train station was within mins walk to get to Barcelona and many other places. Easy to hire bikes locally. Breakfast was fairly comprehensive and they catered for Gluten Free

Two minor complaints: 1. No electrical sockets next to the bed for cellphones to recharge. 2. Room rather bare, no mirror, no prints or art of any type - just bare walls.

Everything was fine. Had an excellent lunch there on one day.

The beds were quite hard, but we can appreciate it's difficult to cater for everyone. A minor point is that there is no iron or ironing board available - no big deal but worth being aware of.

Perfect location - close to restaurants and bars, and the beautiful old town Girona, and 10 mins walk to the train/bus station which connects you to Barcelona and the airport. Room was bigger than we were expecting, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Reception staff were lovely and always helpful.

Room faced the street and was a bit noisy due to traffic and street cleaners.

Clean and comfortable. Superior room good value for money. Room was large and well equipped with kettle/ tea making facilities. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but cost 12 euros. Very good continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Location very good for sightseeing- 10 minute walk into the old town. Would definitely stay again.

There is quite a bit of sound from the street. makes sense in a city-Centre location, but the windows are not very isolated and the metal shutters rattle in the wind when you close them. Also the aircon was very loud, so the choice is fresh air or quiet.

Very good value for price, the hotel was super clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly. The bath in the room was a super nice extra.
