There was a playground on site which we were excited to try with our toddler but when we found it, it didn’t have what was stated on the picture / description and was very lacking.

The pool was beautiful: clean and very easy to access. Never too busy. Lovely big apartment and very clean. Very secure with door code at entrance, fob to apartment block and then door key.

First day was very hard to stay in the room due very intensive odour, definately hotel shold consider to change bed detergents 🥴 Also what I was not expected is additional deposit that hotel keep during your stay (200€).

Nice and green territory, a lot of shade. Not far away from everything you need.

Thin walls so you can easily hear other people outside especially in the morning. The receptionist was very in a hurry when giving the keys and when I stopped by later for extra sheets she felt annoyed.

We like the layout & space of the apartments. The balconies are bigger than most, the buildings being designed so that it feels private & hardly overlooked. Washing machine, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, all good!

Apartment was dirty. It was made basic cleaning of floor. But other there then that it needed thorough cleaning. Walls, curtains, sofa, bath, shower wasn’t cleaned properly for a long time. Disgusting to use it, especially with small kids. We were put on building by the street. So you couldn’t stay in balcony and enjoy your meal it was too noisy. In the same building were living few people with dogs. There was one guy with to dogs who were very loud barking every time they were taken out few times a day. Our kids got scared every time it happened. Booking says that towels and sheets are change every 4 day. We lived almost 3weeks and every single time I had to go to reception to ask to change the sheets. Every time was met by rude receptionists that don’t know how to communicate with customers without rising the voice, and not even saying sorry that the job is not done as it should be. I was made feel guilty that I stand there and ask.

Not enough bath towels were provided. We bagged for more, and they gave us only 2 reserved. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes.

The location is very good. Large apartment with 2 bathrooms and showers, a great advantage for family to get ready in the morning quicker. Great value for money

Lack of sun loungers around the pool area. We had a terrace with sun beds but they had no cushions on them so too uncomfortable to lie on.

Very few sunbeds and there was alot grass around the pool.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Pool was lovely and location was perfect. It was very peaceful. Air conditioning were amazing. We had two bathrooms and showers were brilliant.

Thought it unnecessary to charge to use a room safe. Balcony doors required a bit of maintenance. But reception team very helpful.

Great location. Near enough to amenities but far enough away that it was quiet. Has safe parking available. Good quality accommodation. Clean and well provisioned. Lovely pool area for the kids to play in.

Having to pay extra for parking was not good when there is a designated space for each apartment.

The apartment was spacious. The complex was secure. Swimming pool was great.

The only think that I would recommend is for more sun beds and parasols to be added around the pools.Simply not enough at the moment.

Lovely accommodation in a good location, although up a fairly steep hill so consider that if you have difficulty walking

Parking could have been free considering the price we paid for the apartment. There also could be more sun beds around the pool considering there were only 12 between 4 or 5 blocks of apartments. It also would have been beneficial to have been given key codes to get in before arrival as the bell and telephone weren’t answered and we were sat in our car outside trying to get in!

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The pool was nice. Location was good and we walked to the beach and to restaurants etc. we had a car for exploring further afield luckily as Salou wasn’t our cup of tea!

Volume of youngsters on some sort of school/ college trip.

Nice clean apartment, our rating was slightly lower than we would have given due to the fact that there seemed to have been a lot of teenagers staying at the properties, probably on some sort of school trip, no issues until they returned from partying in the town.

The reception closes quite early, and it took us almost half an hour to find the place and follow all the instructions to receive the keys and then find our way to the correct apartment. And it was only because I read about a similar situation in the reviews that I made a separate inquiry to receive these instructions from the host. Otherwise, we would have been left facing a closed reception door, I suppose.

Spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. Great place generally. Perfect for either a short or a long stay in Salou.

The suit was very nice and have a lot of space, two bedrooms, a lounge space, a good stuffed kitchen and very big balcony where we could get a rest under the pines. Very comfortable and suitable place for a big family or company. It was silent and cosy either.
