Door from the balcony didn t close well , all the noise from the street was in the room , even in the night so very bad sleep. Towels didnt change, room card needed everyday update . Breakfast keep repeating..

Soundproof was poor, you could literally hear the water from other rooms, but it was something that personally we did not mind so it does not affect our review. It actually depends on the person who stays.

Everything was good as expected. Stuff was excellent, we asked for a quiet room prior to our stay and they arrange it. Breakfast and clear service was also very good. Room was clean and big enough for two persons. Location was excellent.

The plug in the sink did not stop water escaping so we could not run a bowl of water. We did report this but it was not fixed whilst we were there.

The location of the hotel was ideal to access Las Ramblas, the Catedral and so many other core features of the town centre. It was so easy to get the Aerobus from the airport and walk just 10 minutes from Placa de Catalunya to get to the hotel. the room was clean and well equipped. the breakfast was extremely good and set us up for each day of our visit. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back when we return for our next visit to Barcelona.

We made the mistake of not having a double bed, which always is a bit of a nuisance.

For couples who want to enjoy the historical part of Barcelona, close to highlights such as La Rambla and Place Reial, while also close to some of the main metro lines in the city, hotel Rialto is the perfect hotel. An added bonus is the very friendly staff, who are very eager to help when asked.

The hotel is very well located (Las Ramblas) with easy access all the main touristic attractions either on foot (if you are like me and like to walk) or by the Metro. There are two to three Metro stations nearby. The Metro is very easy to use - buy yourself a travelcard to save time and money. The Hotel's breakfast at £ 12,00 is very good value for money and it was delicious!

The room was TINY - we could barely get our bags into the room with the two of us. In saying this, we only stayed for 2 nights, and we were out most of the day so it was just the night time that we were in the room.

The location was excellent, the shower was amazing and the room was very clean and tidy.

The windows didn't close tightly and the street noise was able to permeate the room during the night. We used our earplugs :)

The staff were amazing, we had extended our stay and they ensured that we kept the same room. Advised on local restaurants and booked taxis for us and our friends who were also staying at the Rialto

Bathroom ventilation wasn’t the best and it smelled like a bit like uncomfortable. air circulation system pushed the air from the bathroom into the room so I had to shut down the air circulation system. not sure if this was a room issue. since I stayed only one night I tolerated it but would ask for a differ room if staying for more than one night.

It is centrally located and within walking distance of everything. just a few steps for La Rambla and 5 min from waterfront or Plaza Catalunya. extremely generous buffet breakfast and amazing room facilities and toiletries.

We had a problem with our room that was so noisy at night, butwhen we informed the staff the following morning they were wonderful and quickly put us inother room that was even better than the first room. This was very good service and we appreciated it greatly. This kind of understanding and professional response is very important for travellers.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and central so you could walk everywhere. The breakfast was amazing and delicious....and we had just come off a luxury cruise ship where the food was amazing, and this compared very well!
