The wifi is really poor. This is a big issue because the hotel is in a mobile data 'dead zone'

Great location and great reception staff but make sure you follow the directions that the hotel will email to you. Your sat nav will not get you there if you miss the turning from the motorway The old town is a sat nav and mobile data dead zone.

I would have liked tea or coffee making facilities in my room.

The Hotel Rio Arga in the old quarter was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very restful and quiet even though we had a balcony window looking out to the street. The staff were friendly and super helpful. It was definitely good value. I would stay here again.

Wi-Fi coverage inside room further away from the corridor is not good. Getting to the property by car can be confusing - hotel staff are helpful though.

What can I say - property in the central location. Easy access to everything - e.g. Pilar, central train/bus station, hiking/running/MTB trails. helpful hotel staff - speaks English. big enough desk for working/studying.

The car park is very tight, so unless you have a small car and like parking in tight spaces, I'd suggest finding somewhere else!

Location is great, right in the centre of the old town. Reception offer ear plugs in case you find the "sound proofed" room too noisy at night.

Nice hotel in the city center. Don´t use Google Maps to get there as you will not be able to but we were told by reception to use Waze which was fine. Hotel is right in the middle of town close to shops, restaurants and very conveniently located.

Excellent location for exploring the city. Within walking distance of the majority of landmarks. The staff were really helpful with directions and general info, cheers guys. The room was cozy and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Airport bus less than 10 minutes walk.

I judge hotels for reviews like this by what they promise. Not all promise the same and so not all hotels rated 'excellent' are the same: they promise different things and they charge different prices. The Rio Arga delivered all it promised, and more. The rooms were straightforward but large and airy; they were fine for a sit-down between excursions, and spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful, efficient and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was constantly topped-up and provided a good range of options. The location is excellent, with a good café just next door, a laundrette down the street, and the sights of the city close-by. It's a quick taxi ride to the station - Zaragoza Delicias - and the whole stay was good fun.

IHotel is in an excellent location. The front desk staff were very helpful and the parking was great. The room was nice, shower worked well, and there was a large skylight. Breakfast was fine, and what you'd expect for the price. Again the staff in the Dining room were very helpful if you needed anything. Good aircon too !
