Lack of basic toiletries like hand wash. Air-con is a bit outdated and manual - they’re not the energy saving types.

It’s a decent accommodation if you’ve meetings in this area. It’s isolated and the restaurant has very limited / fixed menu options. English speaking is a big barrier and I was literally served raw vegetables for salad at the restaurant. Rooms are very clean and the amenities are very basic but as much as it is needed - toiletries are very minimal too and I didn’t get hand wash too.

Didn't expect to pay extra for a usable balcony, and the complimentary toiletries are frugal compared to a few years ago. No 'fridge in room.

We paid an extra 10€ a night on arrival for a room with a usable balcony, and it was really spacoius. Ordered cafe con leche each morning to drink on the terrace 1.30€. Didn't eat in the restaurant but there are numerous places within 2 minutes walk. Mercadona is less than a 10inute walk, and their takeaway counter has an extensive choice, plus a customer use microwave, and bamboo utensils! El Puig railway station is also 10-15 minutes walk, with frequent trains to Estacion Norte.

Wifi in first room was really bad, I even could not have a call through messenger. My second bad was creaking. Thin blankets, but there was air conditioner in the room for heating.

The Hotel is good. It is situated in a very small quite village (whole village around - 5400 steps). But it has all you need: restaurants & supermarket. Hotel's location is great to travel with the car to the seashore, Sagunt, Valencia, Valencia airport, Coves de Sant Josep, Salto de Novia, L'Albufera. Room was very clean. Staff was wonderful. At first our room had bad wifi, so they proposed to change the room. Staff from restaurant is very helpful and nice. Everyday cleaning. Free parking on the street. Shower was great.

Soundproofing, front desk service that doesn't try to cheat you, fix faucets and toilets

I booked this hotel because I wanted a private hotel car park. The description of the hotel was marked as such. Upon arrival, the lady at the reception told us that there is parking on the street. Due to the fact that it was a late hour, of course, all places within a radius of several blocks were occupied. We returned to the reception where the lady remembered that they do have hotel parking, but it costs 6 euros. Of course, the information in the description of the reservation did not say anything about the additional payment. I told her this and she said it was free after all. Ordinary scam attempt! In addition, there was a restaurant in front of the hotel which was noisy until late at night. Overall poor sound insulation of both windows and doors which resulted in a sleepless night. In addition, dripping water in the toilet non-stop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

quality of bed was poor. no supervision of noisy residents at night. Obviously no noise insulation installed in the building's construction as a constant din could be heard from flushing toilets, showers, doors banging, water circulating through pipes, trolleys and suitcases being driven on marble hallways.

Nice room with balcony ( Ronda 2) quiet and modern very helpful staff I thank the blond haired woman who welcomed me and the night staff allowed me to let my luggage after the check out 15 minutes drive from Valencia downtown they care about their guests , I highly recommend this hotel and it will be this one when returning to Valencia
