The types of Drinks in All-Inclusive package is not as per expectation... We booked the hotel knowing 6 Alcolic Drinks will be available per person, however, it was only beer, red wine and sangria. No hard drinks which was no where mentioned.

- Lack of clarity on the Drinks included in the all inclusive package. It was mentioned that 3 alcoholic drinks will be served per meal (lunch and dinner) but it was never mentioned that only Beer and Wine will be served. This was a big disappointment for us. The Hotel Staff kept on referring to local regulations/policies but nowhere it was mentioned that they are only allowed to serve Beer and Wine.

- Location - very close to the beach and airport (10 mins by taxi) - Staff - friendly and cordial. Did as much possible to accommodate our requests. Special mention for Maria here. - Facilities - indoor swimming pool (outdoor was closed), paddle courts, entertainment options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible. Firstly, the location couldn't have been better; it's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment throughout my stay. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience was a highlight of my stay. Each day offered a different culinary theme, and the dishes were nothing short of amazing. The variety and quality of the food were top-notch, and it was a true delight to explore different flavors every day. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Kevin at the reception, whose assistance made check-in a breeze. And during my meals, Maribel's attentive service stood out, making dining a pleasure. Overall, my stay here was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I am already looking forward to returning, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

The room was smaller than expected. I was told via email that I would have my evening meal on the last day free of charge as we arrived too late for the evening meal on the first day. We arrived after midnight. This was not the case. Disappointed in the lack of reception staff consistency with this issue, which meant having to buy a meal off site as our flight wasn’t until 11pm.

The breakfast menu was very extensive and had lots of variety. However, the evening meal was average and definitely not value for money. The complimentary food (ice cream/waffles/smoothies was a very lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

Great location - close to Palma the Mallorca by bus, close to the airport - for both you can take a very convenient bus, very clean rooms, plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. very nice people working in the hotel. free parking around the hotel and in the streets nearby

Breakfast and buffet dinner were amazing - highly recommend as very good value for money. Pool bars were very efficient too, which are a rare thing.

1.Stag parties shouldn’t be allowed as it’s a family hotel. A very drunk man was trying to get in the room which was scarey at 2am & he fell asleep in the corridor. No one picked up phone when I tried to report. There should be more security. 2.A separate children pool would be better as they can’t use it when there are adult games & these last too long. 3.Shouldn’t need to pay for beach sun beds 4. Not enough sun beds by pool

The all-inclusive's day buffet was pretty thin, some muffins and fruit. There was a promise of plenty of ice cream but finally it was only two simple sorts, all other ice creams were payable, as was popcorn (!). We do not drink any wine or alcohol, the all-in is only worth the money if you do. Buffet breakfast ok, dinner ok but lunch was a bit so-so, I missed especially vegetables and salads.

Staff were really nice. Cleanliness, very good. Location very close to the beach.

The fact that the dedicated hotel mobile app reflected that if we check-in in advance, then we won't need to wait in line upon arrival. While in reality, the check-in process took around 30 minutes even after the online check-in. In addition, the water in the indoor pool was very cold, and we couldn't really use it, I understand that there are some regulations that don't allow heating the pool to more than 28 degrees, but that means that we simply couldn't use it. I read similar reviews before our arrival and was a bit disappointed to realize that this was actually the case when we arrived.

The staff was great, good activities for toddlers, very close to the beach.
