Check-in time is strictly from 16:00 to 23:00. in the reservation "early check-in is possible for an additional fee, 31 euros." We sent a request about this but received no response. We hoped to resolve the issue on the spot - we arrived around 13:00 and wanted to leave our suitcases at the reception. however, we were refused in a rude manner: they pointed their finger at the sign “16:00-23:00” and said “don’t you know how to read?” The most unpleasant and inhospitable landlord in my 30+ years of traveling to Sitges. There is a place to store luggage at the reception, but the additional courtesy to the guest is obviously beyond the understanding of the owner. The receptionist who accepted payment at the time of check-in (16:00), unlike the owner, was extremely polite. For 2 guests the apartment provided 2 large towels, 1 hand towel and a bath mat, the towels are very tired) and far from snow-white. Kitchen equipment - frying pans and pots also lived a long and difficult life. Very dim light bulb in the kitchen

The apartments are located at three addresses. We had a spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking San Pedro street and the sea. 5 minutes walk from reception. The center of Sitges, everything you need is nearby (grocery store, cafes and restaurants). 50 m to the sea. It's not the quietest street, but it's not too noisy either. The apartment is spacious, quite clean, the bed is comfy, enough space to store clothes etc. Coffeemaker (capsules you need to buy), microwave (we not used), gas stove (good) and simple electric oven.

No sufficient water pressure half of the time, heating was tuned in only for certain parts of the day, Internet unreliable, apart from a fridge, no facilities to prepare or heat a meal. The flat was never cleaned or attended to for a whole week. When complained about issues in the flat, the owner stayed ignorant and did not do a thing!

The bathrooms are tired now, sinks, taps, grouting etc all needs replacement and upgrade to represent value for money. Shower screens are poor and damaged. Bathroom cabinet needs replacement. Everything else is ok just bathrooms need refresh.

The Wi-Fi didn’t ever work. it would connect briefly to my devices then drop off. Communication with the property was very poor. there is no building number or sign indicating the location of the accommodation so I had to ask local shop owners if it was the right place. It would have been easier if the instruction in the booking said ring the contact when you arrive and they will come and meet you. In my case there was an issue with my payment so I had to go to the main office (a hallway) about 500yds away. The reception guy had my number and could have contacted me prior to me arriving to let me know. it’s not far but when you have been travelling all day and you are in 30 degrees heat it’s not the best scenario. The man that met me at approximately 16:00 was very nice but was clearly heavily under the influence of alcohol and slurring his words whilst processing my card payments.

The room was not in the given address, but in a place facing garbage containers. The airconditioner did not work. When we wanted to contact the receptionist about the airconditioner he never responded (not on WhatsApp, nor the calling). We left two shirts in the apartment, and we tried to get them back they were not at all cooperative, so we lost them.

The location was in the centre and the room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Broken toilet seat. Arriving at one address to then be told to wait a short while for a man (who was very nice) to arrive in a bicycle and ask me to follow him on foot to another address. The size of the room, next time I will stay a little further out and get a lot more space for my money.

Place was very dirty. No single chair to sit, and no table. Only 2 teaspoons for cutlery and one was marked with Renfe railroad stemp. Only 2 glasses, no wine glasses, nor single plate available. Not hot water. Safe was not working. No wardrobe doors. Very rude and abusive staff - when I complained about water and safe isse, my arm was hit resulting with my phone to drop, and next I was pushed out out of the reception door.

Disgusting - scamming me with charges! Example they put sand in shower so it overflowed then charged me for cleaning. They would stop your card key from working and then charge you for a new one. Room noisy and cold. And creepily they open the door without knocking and watch you sleep!!!!

That the door of the room didn't have a lock so anyone from the street could enter the room. The room was not cleaned as you could find hair, food, and dirt from previous guests Don't expect service as the staff will not pick up the phone or pretend they do not speak Spanish, English, or Portuguese or pretend they are entering a tunnel and that the call was cutted off. There is not a reception in the place and for the check in you have to wait until they decide to arrive. It's like you are bothering them when you are paying for this! Don't expect soap and similar things to be there, you will have to buy it yourself. The lift is not working and it hasn't worked for quite a few years, they will tell you that they will fix it. Never trust them.. Avoid booking as booking.com did not solve anything despite our numerous calls to them.

The building employee became verbally abusive and threatened us with homophonic slurs. Gave us a room with no WiFi nor washing machine. This is a safety issue. There was No response from receptionist for any help. We ended up leaving the premises as the person in charge was too aggressively rude, disrespectful, and offensive.

The apartment is not actually at the address listed and there was some confusion at check-in (not unusual for Spain). I rang the provided phone number after the door intercom was unanswered several times, was told to ring the intercom again, and then someone approached me on the street who led me to the actual apartment about a three minute walk away. I saw the occasional silverfish within the apartment.

Great sized apartment with two king-single beds, small balcony viewing onto a quiet'ish street (above a very tasty chicken shop), bathroom, fridge, kitchenette and wardrobes. Great location not far from the central tourist district of Sitges and easy to get back to after a big night. Secured with a keycard (which is all I took out at night, along with cash). Has a lift and I'd consider the apartment accessible.

there was not any wifi. Before I moved there I asked them for the invoice, and they said when you would arrive they would provide me one, but they have not responded to me even after 20 emails and calls. the quality of beds was so bed. it does not worse the Money.

late access to property was complicated by flight being late. Communication was not the best. Pre booked Taxi transfer was a no show, despite him having flight info and notification of late takeoff. On telephoning him direct denied he was booked at all! cost us 80 euros for another taxi. we were left out on the street for almost an hour waiting to get in. we did not get into the apartment til 3am.

brilliant location, clean and comfortable. easy access to seafront restaurants and bars. easy access to train station for ~Barcelona.
