That you didn’t refund the £245 you charged when I missed my original date on 25th April due to illness.Desoite informing you in good time…terrible service and horrendous penalty.I think you should refund this now.I feel very let down by this .

Can't really say I disliked something in particular. Breakfast could have more options. It got a bit boring after two weeks. The two dinners I had there were a bit more expensive compared to similar quality outside and there was quite a lot of traffic around the hotel, as it sits near a highway, but it is just nitpicking. Also, if you are traveling by a car, the proximity ti a highway can be actually a benefit.

A very good place to stay. Breakfasts were pretty nice, overall a clean hotel, a very comfortable bathroom, room was nice. Very well-working AC with no bad smell, which can be sometimes a problem.

What a great choise, It was very nice to stay one night in this hotel I loved everything, And for the price it exceeded my expectations In the Breikfast you can eat what ever you want, the restaurant is also open until 22h o'clock The bed, the shower with all you need. and the balcony with a nice view. Plus the profesional transportation service to the airport.

Everything was great.

Shuttle to and from airport (check schedule). Clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with nice toiletries. Gym and restaurant in premises. Friendly staff. Close to other restaurants in town.

Some staff members were not fully fluent in English language. Breakfast options were good - but I've seen better in the same price range. Cracked glass on the room window - but nothing super dangerous.

Clean room and clean hotel overall. Friendly staff. Good location, if you are on a business trip and your offices are in the business centre that is nearby (10min walk). Amenities OK. Modern TV with apps - Youtube/Netflix etc.

The practicality of the staff. we booked the night before our flight, we drove all the way from Etepona to Alcobendas, so the process upon our arrival close to midnight was short and efficient by the reception staff.

everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and should I return to Spain, I would stay there.

room was excellent and set up for 3 beds as requested. everything was spotless. staff was super friendly and helpful. breakfast was great: food was good, varied, and the room was pleasant. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was excellent. 9 euros for everyone. available on the 1/2 hour. service was excellent. an unexpected treat. Kudos to the reception people who helped me adjust my watch to the new time change. They accomplished this in 2 minutes and were so very polite.

When I went to check in and presented my European ID the gentleman threw back my NIE saying it was not good. And then I proceeded to present my Dutch passport, which he did accept.
