The only thing I could really say that the apartment could do with more clocks around especially the bedrooms.

I liked the apartment it was beautifully decorated and all the beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and plenty of storage all in brilliant condition. Good location close to good cafes and food establishments. Close to peasholm park and the beach.

Nothing. It was all excellent.

The property was exceptionally clean and cosy. It was in a prime location with access to lovely views of the sea and Peasholm Park. Debbie left us milk, tea, coffee and biscuits which was a lovely touch. The underfloor heating was a very nice treat as well!

There is not a single thing I disliked at all.

The owner was fantastic. She had even put a pint of milk in the fridge.... The apartment is fabulous, modern and up to date, beautifully decorated, super clean.. both bedrooms were again absolutely beautiful. Our bed was super comfy, and our friends said the same about their bed, too. The shower was brilliant. Seriously, we could not fault it. Will definitely be booking here on all our visits to Scarborough in the future without doubt. The location to us is fantastic. It's within 5 minutes walk to the beach and Peasholm Park, which if you have never been is a must. We strolled 2 minutes walk this morning to see the Sunrise over the sea this morning.....spectacular. There is a mega cafe called the Bella Rose Cafe just down the road, literally 2 minutes walk, again a must.

The location is perfect for Peasholm park and that side, literally just up the road. The apartment is beautifully done, lovely and modern with everything we needed. It’s in the ground floor, with front door access, then access to the apartment and disc parking available, Yep bedrooms were lovely, with tv’s in each and everything we needed for a really comfortably stay.

Warmest of welcomes from the hosts, helped us park and gave us a park pass for the night.. even carried my bag to the apartment.. The apartment was spotless, extremely luxurious and very tastefully decorated... Comfy beds.. amazing bathroom .. soft towels .. really didn't want to leave .. Highly recommend this apartment .. you won't be disappointed..

The only thing is I was woken by the people above. But that’s not the property’s fault!

Great location right next to Peasholm park, the little railway, north bay and Alpamare. Beautifully done out inside. Comfy beds. Well equipped. Parking permit to park on the road outside. Lovely friendly super accommodating host. We felt really welcome.

The only minor thing was there were no curtains so the light came through the blinds early on the morning and although it wouldn’t stop me staying again, it would be nice to have the option of making the room darker if wanted.

the location was ideal for the seafront, Peasholme Park and Outdoor Theatre. it was decorated to high standard and felt more like home than a room for the night. The bed was clean and the mattress firm which I like. Debbie was a fantastic host and kept in touch regularly and was very prompt in meeting us and getting parking permits for us
