The front room settee is very uncomfortable and hard to relax on we did see this on other reviews about the settee been uncomfortable but we are people that have to judge this for are self this is the only thing that letting it down but apart from that we enjoyed our stay with you guys

Minor thing but the sofa was really uncomfortable. We would have spent more time in the apartment if it was more comfortable. Not a massive deal and we loved our stay but nice comfy sofa would be even better!

Nothing not to like.

Just spent 6 nights working holiday at Empire 39 and it lived up to its previous reviews. Spotlessly clean with really good facilities and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre. Brought our dog and there is a very well looked after, gated area central to the crescent which was ideal for short walks. Communication by the property owners was a little strange at first being by text message however it proved to be very efficient and quick to respond each time with exceptional instructions on access and location. Surprised me how good it was. Parking was £6 per day using a pre bought ticket from the vendor which was well worth the money. Brilliant property.

Nothing, everything was great!

A perfect apartment for myself and two teenagers. The facilities were perfect. It was a great location for exploring Scarborough and beyond. The living space included a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen was perfectly equipped.

The sofa bed is uncomfortable for any adult but our 6 year old loved it. Too bright in the front room, black outs needed.

Decor was top notch. Exceptionally clean and in a great location for proximity to all Scarborough has to offer. Dog friendly with a green straight in front for walks.

I didn’t like that there were no curtains in the front room I stayed on the sofa bed and the street lights where shining through and couldn’t sleep that good but other than that excellent

Can't really give this apartment any negatives.

Apartment was fantastic, very spacious & very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay & the location was superb - 2-3 minute walk to the main street. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a great time in Scarborough! The apartment had all the facilities we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the decoration was modern and anesthetic, wifi is superfast and the TV is smart with a Netflix account already logged in. Louise was a friendly and warm host, available anytime. Highly recommended and we will visit again for sure
