Was my first stop on my tour through Scotland.The accommodation was very clean, very comfortable, the welcome was very friendly, tea and scones were offered straight away and I would come back anytime. The breakfast was perfect, with a huge selection and freshly prepared. I can definitely recommend this accommodation, the price-performance ratio is top notch.

Excellent location, easy access to the town center and the castle on foot. The hostess was very friendly and shared tips and information about the area. The room was superb. The breakfast is excellent and custom made.

There wasn't anything not to like.

A fantastic B and B with a superb host in Laura. Extremely comfortable, very clean and a brilliant location. The lounge was a beautiful added bonus with tea, coffee and treats always available. Breakfast was fab with home made bread. We didn't eat till evening after breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and Laura ensured we were happy from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We didn't want to leave. If you need somewhere to stay in Stirling you must come here.

The property is fantastically situated under the Stirling Castle, making it a short walk up; there are even views from the sitting room! The rooms were beautifully furnished and prepared for every need! (The choice of hot drinks and complementary sweets were such a personalised touch) The hostess was superb, took the time to learn our names and was attentive to our every need. This is a must stay if you’re in Stirling!

Laura was a fantastic host..So welcoming i felt right at home. Castlecroft is in an excellent location right next to stirling castle and a short drive from all the local history. The views are stunning!! Our room was so cosy and even though we were too full for breakfast due to our amazing meal at the river house the evening before, Lauras home made toast was amazing!! The lounge area is lovely with a full view of the local area and surrounding scenery..The fire is lit each evening with tea, coffee and biscuits avaialble for guests throughout the day. This is definately a home from home. As this was my first time in Scotland my stay at castlecroft has given a lasting impression. I will certainly be back to visit again in the future.

Laura was a wonderful host. The property was very clean and attractive. There was a large sitting room for guests. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We appreciated Laura's helpfulness with directions. We planned to visit the Stirling Castle first thing the next morning. You can walk right up the hill to the castle from the B&B and Laura let us keep our car in the parking lot so that we would not have to pay for parking at the castle. We would definitely come back here.

The view from our room was amazing, it was beautifully appointed, stylish, roomy and comfortable, an absolute delight! Would highly recommend it, and would stay again. If there is a better place I do not know where?

Location is amazing, very close to the centre yet surrounded by beautiful forests. Fantastic host, so friendly and full of local knowledge. Breakfast was exceptional, and the homemade bread is a must try. The accommodation is very clean, set up with everything you need, private parking.

Quiet location under the castle, a short walk away from Stirling centre. The B&B features a beautiful lounge with fireplace and a romantic view of the Trossachs in the distance. The host took great care of us and we would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay - the B&B was warm and cosy, with a lovely big living room and a wood fire to relax by in the evening. The room was absolutely perfect with a very comfortable bed and a clean and modern bathroom. Laura was extremely helpful with checking us in and explaining some of the top local spots and nearby walks. Thank you for a lovely visit!

The B&B is gorgeous and the location amazing! A short walk from the city centre (up a hill) and very close to the castle. Laura was super accommodating and just lovely overall.

There was nothing I did not like about this B and B.

Breakfast was excellent; Laura is an exceptional host. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the breakfast room. I require gluten free meals and Laura had no problem with serving me delicious gluten free breakfasts.
