The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It is located close to shops and restaurants and a slow walk away from the beach. The hosts were very accommodating and generous offering us later check out arrangements due to our son falling ill during our stay. They really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The hosts were beyond excellent and helpful. The location is not onlly historic for the famous people that live on this Street or on the adjacent corner, but it is within a short walk to food stores and restaurants. Being in our late 70s this was important. Also, this apartment was the cleanest one we have rented since arriving in the UK at the end of December 2023. Added to that is that everything WORKED and nothing was broken or missing. Ample huge towels and no stairs to climb.

There was very little to not like. A peeler would have been nice in an otherwise very well stocked kitchen is the only thing I can think of.

Great facilities, very clean, great location. I enjoyed it a lot! And lovely unexpected Christmas tree made me really feel at home.

Great apartment in a perfect location for Victorious Festival. Really spacious 2 double bedrooms and living area with literally everything you could need provided from hairdryers to ironing board, tv's in each room and all the utensils you could want. Turned up early and lovely housekeeper let us leave our luggage in the hall well before official check in too. Handy to be able to park right outside too. (although the neighbouring car had parked across the line so did make a small space even smaller but we managed).

The place smelled very damp and musty. The towels were a little yellow and aged. It was a little hard to find even with the provided instructions. A picture of the street front may be helpful with the provided instructions.

The apartment was in a great location, a short walk from southsea and gunwharf quays. The beds were comftable, with great kichen/living area, with everything you could need. Done to a high standard, and very clean. Definitely recommended.

Beautifully appointed apartment on the ground floor. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Great spot with lovely restaurants and water in easy walking distance. A really packed information booklet and well supplied.

The shower cubicle is a bit small but OK. The door to the bedroom on the far side (furthest from the entrance door) sticks a little - a minor defect which a good carpenter could fix this in about an hour. That's it. No other problems.

Two mature brothers on this trip which was a two night stay. The apartment suited our needs very well. Clean and tidy with excellent quality towels and bed linen. Good living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of space. Good location with a selection of pubs/restaurants nearby. Try Giuseppe's for excellent Italian food and monster portions. Also, a co-op store just across the road. Petrol station within a quarter of a mile.

Found it hard to find initially - we had to park up and walk to find it. I hadn't realised it was in block that was called something else though that may have been mistake

The blinds are excellent and of great quality, the only thing is that they let light in slightly (shut them up or down). Apart from that, no complaints at all.

Loved this place, it was clean, comfy, well-equipped with everything you could need and MORE... the towels were excellent - Egyptian cotton! the space was in immaculate condition. We had everything we needed, we just wish we could have stayed longer :) Amanda is lovely.

It would be good to put a shelf up in the bathroom. A chair in each bedroom would be good to put clothes on at night.

Great central location with pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Very comfortable spacious apartment with super comfy beds. Lots of nice little touches like the hot water bottle and blanket for those really cold nights. All modern appliances in great condition. Quiet and safe area. Free parking outside the flat is a bonus. Space is suitable for a small to medium car. Definitely recommend.

The parking space isn't suitable for larger cars, and when we arrived there was a trade van in it (across two spaces). Fortunately we eventually managed to speak to the driver to get him to move it, but it took a while for the hosts to get back to us. It would be helpful to have a number to call for urgent parking issues.
