Jo and Casey are amazing, they cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. The facilities are fresh and the decor is amazing but inkeeping with a period building. The place is spotless due to the hard work the owners put in. The rooms are gorgeous. The breakfast provided is sensational and the choices available absolutely fantastic. The food is of top quality and they use local suppliers which is so important for everyone but especially in smaller locations. Absolutely enjoy the accommodation but you are missing out if you don't book in for lunch or an evening meal. All the meals i had were of top quality for example I had sea bass one evening from a local supplier the best I have ever had. They accommodate motorhomes for a great price and facilities. They also host birthday parties and do everything to make events special. I would strongly recommend booking this place!

I don't think there is any more they could have done for us.

We came to meet up with family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We were made so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 rooms to use, a dining room & a lounge to sit & chat. The afternoon cream tea was excellent, we didn't go to Scarborough as planed, we had all we needed here. We were all well fed & happy with the day & have lovely pictures in the little garden. Family left but we stayed over night. We were comfortable & enjoyed another excellent, breakfast meal before leaving, content & happy. Thank you Casey & Joe, for helping make the day feel so special.

There is nothing not to like !

The property was clean and tidy throughout. Adequate parking and beautiful well kept gardens and outdoor seating area. The rooms have lovely stylish decor fitting to the property. Our favourite feature was ‘the snug’ beautiful, cosy, relaxed with plenty of quirky aspects.

A lovely B&B place and a rare find just outskirt of Scarborough. Lovely host and the Egg Royal breakfast was one of the best my husband has had around the world, Thanks Chef!

Breakfast was amaziing with a very flexible menu. Breakfast eaten in a lovely room. Times are good. Love the relaxing atmisphere of the breakfast room and plenty of coffee available.

Liked everything

This is a gem for peace and tranquillity. Jo and Casey could not do more to make my stay more comfortable than it was they would go out of their way to assist in any manner... not that i really needed more than the absolute respect they had for me. If i could rate a 10, i would the food was sublime 😋 and the attention to detail was outstanding 👌 i shall return very soon 😁 loved the idea there was no TV in the bar area it allowed people to actually have a conversation which is sadly lacking in the age of modern technology 😉 the honesty Bar policy was a new thing to me but trust is trust and people should respect that, i cannot really big this couple up anymore they are just the best.

Our toilet didn’t flush properly

Clean nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Coffee and tea facilities . Slippers and dressing gowns provided. Lovely breakfast and included vegetarian option. Property had a bar. Staff welcoming and friendly.

The owners cassey and Joe were amazing. The farmhouse was beautiful and unique. I myself loved our room especially the view overlooking the horses and stables.

Casey and Joe very kind and thoughtful. Room with a view lovely. Own key so able to access the room at any time. Dinner was available. We did not try dinner but I'm sure that it would have been great food. Vey dog friendly.

The hosts was so friendly, made us feel very welcome into their home! Spotless clean, everything you needed clean fresh towels a lovely view from our room, breakfast was superb all round pleasant stay wish we could of stayed longer 5 stars ⭐️
