I can't think of anything.

The hotel is at a walking distance to the Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Borough Market, The Shard, London Eye, Big Ben and close to the London Bridge Station, therefore easy acces to everywhere. Also easy and direct acces from Luton Airport, which was very convenient for us. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable!!! The room and bathroom very clean, the cleaning staff discreet, almost impossible to notice them, still very eficient! Loved the breakfast, very tasty. The staff at the front desk very polite and helpful, always with a big smile and a kind wish. Big thanks to Reshmi, Liza and Shaz!

The water in our room was not hot but we asked the concierge to have it checked and it was done immediately and worked well after this so no complaints! And that’s the only thing I could say negatively regarding the hotel because it really is fabulous!

The location is great for the station, the underground and the river clipper boats as well as being easy to hail cabs from.

Was disappointed with the restaurant at the back of the hotel. This did put a downer on our trip. Walked in, multiple staff around, stood there, stood there, stood there, no one approached us or asked us it we wanted a table, We went to them and asked in the end and got put at a table, no menu's were brought to us. 10 minutes past, we had to go and ask again just to get a menu. There were only a few tables occupied so I am not sure why that was seeing that there were multiple staff around. I had the house salad and roasted vegetable with chicken, might be wrong but it appeared the whole thing had been pre-prepared and refrigerated with the veg on it (chicken put on after) and was far too chilled when it arrived at the table. I'm not picky with food either and rarely complain but this was disappointing and a bit congealed to be honest. We decided not to say anything as on a time limit to be somewhere and couldn't afford a delay. Puddings however were lovely. We ordered coffee, saw the guy behind the bar make it and it sat there on the bar for a while before it was delivered to our table. Needless to say it was only just bordering on warm : / First time I've ever put a negative review anywhere about anything but had hoped for better as a trip to the Hilton Hotel is a treat where you hope for better than you would get in an average place and their restaurants are usually excellent. For this reason we skipped breakfast there the next day and went to Costa instead which totally wasn't in the plan. I will say though that the staff that served our table with the food were lovely.

The breakfast was nice but a bit pricey. The bed was super comfy and huge. Room was excellent with a fantastic view of the shard, I will definitely be returning.

The price of the buffet breakfast was misleading in the menu. We only wanted a cooked breakfast but if you get yourself it’s twice the price of the A la carte menu. And the a la carte menu breakfast was huge. So we basically paid nearly double the price for 1/2 size buffet breakfast. Until the staff told us about the buffet price about 3 days later. Was misleading. Also brought a doughnut from the outside doughnut van, came in a brought 2 coffees from the bar, the following day were told off for eating it inside, when there was no signage to say no food consumed from outside. Also annoying, with no cakes available at the bar in any case.

The location is extremely convenient next to London Bridge station. London Bridge is right behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate special requests with a smile.
