Only minor thing was not accommodating for another person as we did ask to add another person to the booking and we could've done with another bit of bedding for the sofa bed, however we managed, but this does not reflect the overall stay and just a mention!

It was in a lovely location, very easy to get to and from town and also right next to the train station which was a bonus. It's a really lovely flat, and very much ideal for a small group of friends, a couple and a small family stay for sure. I enjoyed my time here! The owners of the flat where great for contact and answered all our questions and responded quickly.

There was nothing that we really disliked, if anything, the large rug in the lounge rippled up and could become a trip hazard for those who may be a little unsteady on their feet.

The only problem we encountered was gaining access to the key safe, this was because the code that was given to us by Booking.com was incorrect. Fortunately, the phone number we were given was good so the issue was solved with a phone call to the owner. Although this was not a major issue for us, if it had been raining we would of got very wet trying for ages to gain access. 😀

Heating had been switched off at the boiler point and it took us a while to discover the switch.

Large flat. Loads of room for children to play. Everything you need for any length of stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Access to the garden was a bit restricted, a tiny gate and a bag of sand holding it closed, the lock box needs replacing, and it took a bit to try and open and close. On arrival, We assumed we could park on the drive, but it was very tight.

Clean and spacious, had everything you would need if staying longer than we did (1 night). A party of 6 would be comfortable, and I would recommend it.

The booking in process was seamless. The flat was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Every last detail for: cooking etc. fulfilled. Plenty of hot water_towels. Comfortable furniture and beds. Location excellent. Overall highly recommended.

There wasn't enough pans and no tea towel, but I did manage in the end and other than that everything good.

Lovely place and helpful. The location is fantastic for the beach and town. Children's facilities really good, travel cot, highchair, cutlery and toys and books. Nice spacious lounge for us all to enjoy movie night.

The parking officer was ready to pounce as soon as we got there. Make sure you make use of the free parking permit inside the flat.

Had everything we needed!! Rooms are large and spacious. Has all the facilities you would expect. The cookies were a nice touch. Thank you 😁. Free parking is such an added bonus

Not a complaint but would like to suggest a blind in the kitchen, as we visited in November and had the light on and the neighbours were staring in and a blind in the bathroom. Also we noticed the windows were very old and a couple had cracks. The front door and windows could do with replacing.

The flat/apartment was excellent, very clean and cosy, just what we needed for our 2 night stay.

Everything was nice and I will recommend it definitely, but : 1) Unfortunately there weren't any new sponges and wipes for kitchen. 2) When the bathrooms's sink tap is full opened, the water from the sink is splashing on the floor, so you should be careful every time using the sink, which is not really convenient, especially with children.

No negatives at all, One tiny criticism- could do with a few more mirrors as only the one in the bathroom.

Clean, cosy, comfy, spacious, well equipped apartment. Perfect for families and would be ideal for groups of friends also. Will defo be booking up again

There was only one mirror in the flat which was located in the bathroom. This was frustrating and delayed us getting ready on time. Once the bathroom was free, if the shower had been used the mirror was steamed up... However this can be easily rectified by placing a mirror in both bedrooms and a longer length mirror either in the hall way / dining room or lounge.

It was very clean and newly refurbished Tea and coffee was provided (but no milk) The location was great for us, with driveway parking or road side parking if needed (a parking disc was provided for the roadside parking) We all slept really well and the area was nice and quiet It was very good value for money We would definitely recommend to our family and friends and would definitely stay there again.

The tap on the hand basin was too large for the size of the sink, No where to hang your clothes, no pegs for outdoor coats. Instructions for key collection a bit vague.
