Perhaps a lift for people who may need accessible access - was not an issue for myself but a good point going forward I did find a hair in the bath and bed seemed to be quite worn in as it had sunk when I got into it

It was to hot in the room, and we had open window for the whole day and night, and at 5:00 every morning came truck and unloaded stuff and groceries, and it woke us up every morning. Thermo King was working on the truck and it was so insanely loud. I understand that the goods have to be delivered for the restaurant and hotel to function, but can't it be a bit later, if it has to be so loud? Beds are pretty soft, mattreses are cheap. I slept in a lot of cheaper or similar priced accomodations with much better beds and mattreses, so I find it could be better. I would expect more for breakfast only 1 sausage, 1 egg in full english breakfast, I found it not enough, like a half portion. There were some other things in buffet, but it was minimalistic.

Room was clean, but there is no toilet brush in the toilet. We asked for fresh towels, and we received it immideatley. OK value for the price, worth the money at the end.

Fabulous welcoming staff and the room and bedding were really clean. I was worried that the accommodation would be very old and tired as this hotel has been there as long as I can remember but it was actually ok! Take earplugs to hide some road noise but otherwise really good value for money.

The room smelled like urine. Not sure where it came from, the bathroom and the room both seemed clean, but it didn't go away even though we kept the window open.

Good location (quick and easy to walk to the city centre) and it has free parking. The room is basic but clean and comfortable, and it has everything you would expect in a hotel (towels, tea, coffee, kettle, TV).

No food on Sunday evening - and not told this in advance. Cost of breakfast and meals for what they were in terms of portion size and options. Only 2 tea bags provided. Room was too hot even at this time of year and bathroom extractor didn’t cope with steam from a short shower.

I didn't realise it was quite far from the centre of Manchester - A 30 minute walk- with central Manchester prices. 😳 Otherwise, I would have chosen elsewhere.

More tea bags would have been nice , Was on ground floor could hear the rain dripping on to the window sill , could hear the room above quite clearly moving about about but otherwise slept ok

The location was ok and good secure car park, The room was clean and tidy couple of extra teabags would have been nice , Did not stay and have breakfast , But I found the staff helpful and very accommodating .

No manager on site as I needed a refund for an error on the breakfast booking and was told I'd have to wait till Monday even though I left Sunday morning so wasn't happy about that . Place needs an update on deco

The staff were brilliant so friendly.and helpful. Free secure parking and WiFi. Breakfast was lovely aswell. Power shower and lovely view from our room.

Need more tea bags for the room. Not enough for two people even for one night stay. I'd say you would want one tea bag for when u arrive. One before bed and one for when you wake up per person.

Nice simple rooms, nice and clean. Not the biggest but very comfy. Very quiet considering the location which was a nice suprise. Hotel staff very helpful and breakfast was lovely. We also opted for full English and my son was half price because of his age.
