TV directly on wall at bottom of the bed (almost part of bed) far to large for size of room and blinding when on, therefore unwatchable. No other space in room to watch it.

We were first given a room in the basement until we made it clear that we wanted something in an upper floor. The bedding was not large enough for the queen size bed so we weren’t able to pull the covers right up. First time we e ever had that experience in a hotel.

The bathroom and toiletries were exceptional. Especially loved the heated floor. Staff were super helpful.

The room I had was fine except there were a lot of steps up and down which I wasn't expecting. I have bad knees so it took a bit of navigating.

I liked the location just around the corner from Paddington station. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and I could leave my luggage on the final checkout morning to collect later that day which was invaluable.

I don't believe that the service and quality of the hotel is at a 5 star level. Rooms lack sound proofing - too much noise and shouting in the corridors.

My only complaint was that we were on the ground floor and our window was not in a very discreet spot. If the curtains were open, people could see us. So we had to have the curtains down which made the room a bit dark. Other than that I did not really have any complaints.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Few minutes away from the tube station and surrounded by lovely restaurants. We were also close to Hyde Park. Additionally, the staff were super helpful and allowed us to check in early. The beds were also super comfy - much needed after a long day of exploring the city.

The room was the smallest I've ever seen in my life, you can't even open a suitcase in it. In my opinion, not a size that deserves to be called a room. We asked to move to a bigger room even if additional payment is required, but unfortunately there were no rooms available.

The hotel was boutique and sweet, pleasant staff. There is a restaurant and bar that look cute in the lobby, we didn't try them. Walking distance from Paddington train station which allows you to get anywhere easily

It would be helpful when finding the accommodation to have a larger sign as the entrance is not off the footpath but behind a high tree garden.

My single room was very small - narrow and long - an awkward space for luggage.

Stylish and very convenient for Paddington, the Heathrow Express and the Elizabeth line all just an easy 5 minute walk around the corner. Also convenient for eateries and Hyde Park. Staff were friendly. Very clean and fresh.

Our room was dark and stuffy. The window looked out to a triangle approximately 1 meter long then a wall. No natural light. The shower room was tiny but clean.!Very disappointing, fortunately the kids room was much better .

Room and lift was too small - okay for 1-2 nights stay but anything for than that, would recommend to book for a bigger room

Hotel staff are very helpful and informative. Upon check in, they ensured I know where facilities are. Also, It was raining quite heavily on the day I checked out, was go head to paddington station and one of the staff (sorry I should have gotten his name) tried calling a cab for me. The location is super excellent, just less than 5 mins walk to paddington station. There are many nearby good restaurants as well.
