Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely comfortable room in convenient ly located Edwardian Villa. 5 mins walk from the station Lovely (crazy Sistine chapel with added wildlife) dining room with excellent menu for evening meals.. My sister in law liked the free parking when she had dinner with us at the hotel.

Good location to football stadium, which was the purpose of our visit. We were offered a free upgrade to our room which was nice. Very clean and nicely decorated, but the bed was a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

United KingdomThis is not a 24 hour manned hotel. The main door is locked at night time with the only access being to press the buzzer to wake the night porter. However an alarm rang out all night with no sign of the porter. My hairdresser arrived at 7am and could not gain access, despite continuously buzzing for entry. My concern would be returning from a night out and being locked out. A better system needs to be put in place, such as coded access like they have on the gate.
Breakfast is not available weekdays. We didn't eat on the Saturday

IrelandOur first night there was a birthday party being held, so it made sleeping a little difficult as I am a very light sleeper and easily woken up. But it was a very minor annoyance.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful, polite and welcoming. I was particularly impressed with our waitress, who's name I didn't catch, who was very attentive and made sure we were looked after despite having to attend to a party happening on the premises. The food was superb and my partner was impressed with their plant based burger as she is vegan. Her knowledge of different gins and the best pairing with each gin was fantastic and made ordering from the extensive list of gins easy. I enjoyed their cocktails and had an amazing Mojito, a cocktail I usually avoid as most places don't get it right.

Great place once inside, found the location a bit wanting but the actual room was fantastic. Good size room with a lovely bath, and very comfortable bed. I’d happily recommend it especially if flying out of Luton airport as it’s only a 8min drive.

United KingdomMy shower was broken and had to be hand held. Cell like single room with a conifer pushed up against the window totally blocking the light. No fruit (fresh or otherwise) available for breakfast. Hot water in a flask at breakfast, fine for coffee, not suitable for a cup of tea. I had to ask about breakfast, if served, when, where? construction work in the area started at 6.30am as did the bins being emptied.
Breakfast was ok, pleasant staff in the morning. Plug next to bed. Decor downstairs.
