This apartment was absolutely fantastic, it was a great stay for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated the fire was lovely and it's very spacious. The welcome tray was a lovely treat with the gorgeous biscuits ❤️. Our children loved reading the guest book, the location is great and it's very quiet. We highly recommend this apartment. Communication was brilliant definitely stay here again.

We were not aware that the apartment was in a basement with quite steep steps down to it so it was a bit dark. My self and my friend would have welcomed some sharp knives in the kitchen as the ones they had were blunt. Also some dishes to be able to use in the oven as we cooked a couple of days and a jug or two.

The location was very good close to the sea, not far to town and buses to use whilst there, as we arrived by train. Sainsbury’s supermarket ten minutes walk. Apartment was very spacious. Beautiful lounge space. The heating system was really easy to use and welcome for the chilly mornings and evenings.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our recent stay in Scarborough! The apartment's proximity to the sea made it an ideal location, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The kids enjoyed every moment, and we were all captivated by the charm of the area. Being within walking distance of all the attractions was a major plus, allowing us to make the most of our trip without any hassle. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway – it truly made our stay unforgettable!"

The apartment was perfect, spacious, immaculate, everything you needed. It was a 2 minute walk to Scarborough Spa. The owners kept in touch to make sure everything was OK.

Shower was lovely and hot, but so much black on the shower tray and walls - all part of lack of ventilation and air in a basement.

Beautifully furnished and equipped as a holiday let. Beds were new and very comfortable. Towels were luxury. Great to have dishwasher and washing machine and an outdoor area for a clothes dryer.

Good location at the top of the hill for access to town and views. Parking is on street, but parking disk and parking scratchcard provided for car. So good and free. Lovely apartment, nice and warm too as heating was still on. All in apartment was good. Nice and clean.

being asked to empty the bins and clear the kitchen and strip the beds when Booking charge a £60 cleaning fee feels a little cheeky although we still did it!

This was a superb apartment and we could not fault it. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would most definitely book this again. The dialogue with the owners was superb. Thank you very much 10 out of 10.

I would have liked a few more pans in the kitchen

The flat was well presented, comfortable and very clean. There was plenty of space and the flat was close to the sea front and local shops and restaurants. Inside the flat it was quiet and warm.

The shower and loo could have been better and the kitchen wasn't well-equipped for anyone who likes to cook.

Great location and easy on-street parking with permits provided.

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t great. The smoke alarm which needed a new battery woke us up at 4am and couldn’t be turned off until later that morning due to the height of which it was positioned. We weren’t compensated for this in any way which wasn’t right having disturbed everyone’s sleep and kept them awake from that time in the morning, bleeping loudly every 30 seconds. There was also a strong unpleasant smell at the property as you entered the building which could have been of animals or bad damp. You could also smell this in the room. We were also given the wrong sized sheets for the sofa bed, these were replaced once we contacted the company but this is unacceptable on your holiday.
