drive up to cottage lush, love you walk into 'the boot room' Host was happy to allow us an extended checkout time. A real sence of thought has gone into what you need when away, little touches like electric blanket, homemade treats, dog treats and milk bottle/nespresso pods. It was warm, cosy, and felt like you never wanted to leave.

A beautifully decorated cottage in the most wonderful grounds. It was clean & well kept with the loveliest log fire to keep cosy in the evening. It was perfect for a weekend getaway but we wish we’d been able to stay longer - we couldn’t have hoped for a lovelier place to stay!

Lovely 3 room apartment in a converted barn adjoined to the main farm house. About a mile from the main road. It was very clean and had everything that we wanted for a 5 night stay. Hosts very thoughtful about the needs of the visitors.

Very smart rural property with warm welcome. Very very comfortable for two sleeping but room enough to have visiting friends park and share coffee. Terrific shower facility. Location is quiet with great views but easy enough access to a main road via a good lane.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The cottage was amazing. It is very spacious, fantastically decorated and has everything you could need. Robyn was a great host and made the visit extra special with her welcome gifts. Fresh flowers, homemade brownies and a bottle of fizz chilling in the fridge. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Leaving!

The host met us on arrival with the nicest homemade brownies and Bonio for the dog :) Robyn had sent us a message with clear directions on how to get to the property and instructions on how to obtain our keys. The place is huge! And I mean huge! Beds super comfy with loads of pillows. Showers amazing and it's spotless throughout. Literally could not fault it. The area itself is stunning, we had a small walk around the village which was well signposted. Then on the evening walked the 15 mins to the Downs Hotel Pub down the road which served lovely food with a smile. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The property was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and spacious. it was in a lovely setting with lovely views. There were fresh flowers and a name board saying “Welcome Mandy and Neil” and home made chocolate brownies. It was our idea of perfect.

My wife and I couldn't fault this cottage. Well equipped, clean and lovely decor. Well thought out design with everything we could ask for. Tranquill rural location but in easy reach of coast and Dalby forest. Robyn was a helpful and friendly host..the welcome gifts were a nice touch. She did everything to help us feel relaxed, and provided useful recomnendations on the area and dining options. Extremely dog friendly property and location. Bonnie enjoyed her stay . Thanks again Robyn, we will be back.

Gorgeous location near to many attractions. Scenery is beautiful, well decorated with great small touches. Robyn was super helpful and very accommodating making them stay even more perfect. We couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. We hope to return in the future.

The cottage is set in stunning, incredibly quiet scenery. The decoration is pretty much perfect, with an incredible attention to detail having been paid. The walls from the local pub were all well maintained and signposted, meaning you can explore for hours without the threat of getting lost! The self check in was incredibly easy and the hosts kindly let us check out later than 11:00am.

Location was rural in beautiful scenery. The cottage was a recently renovated barn which combined the charm of an old building with new decor and furnishings. A great deal of thought had been put in to ensure we had everything we could want to enjoy our stay.

Maybe a good idea to have a larger oven for those who are intending on staying for longer periods of time. The property would also benefit from additional windows to maximise the views and to allow more light into the cottage.
