The bedrooms would have benefitted from blackout curtains as we were woken up by the sun at 5am every morning.

The kitchen - the addition of a roll of tin foil, a roll of kitchen towel, vinegar, bottle of sauce and a pair of scissors would have been a nice touch in a self catering apartment, and not unexpected based on stays elsewhere. The lack of flannels in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast not included. Was a bit farther from centre than we expected but not really a problem. On the upside that probably made parking easier so we could park right outside the door. Had grand-daughter with us and she particularly liked the swimming pool and the lift straight into our apartment.

The property was in a great location with a beautiful view. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a self catering stay. What I loved is the fact that you get access to the pool and spa but at the same time you still have the privacy of your own apartment, which meant we could take the dog with us. I’m looking forward to staying here again very soon.

Could do with another sofa as only one small two seater. Lack of wi-fi - password given to us but unable to connect at all in the apartment.

Fantastic property and location. Incredibly well equipped kitchen and homely touches too. Gym and pool were lovely and kept my teenagers busy. Staff made us feel very welcome.

Brilliant self-catering apartments with access to all hotel facilities including the gym,pool,spa and hot-tub. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were fantastic. Will definitely be returning at some point.

The tv didn’t work well, so when we were chilling on an evening, there was only choice if a few channels.

Staff at reception were very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were given the opportunity to have meals in the restaurant. The flat itself was clean and spacious. The gym facilities were a bonus.

If i had to find a fault it would be the twin bedroom. For me it lacked comfort & felt a little unfinished. If being a twin is for the purpose of being family friendly then the size of that space could easily take a double & a single bed, this would offer a dual purpose space. (We were two couples sharing the whole apartment). Plug sockets beside the bedhead instead of at the bottom would be better & maybe a tv or radio. We’r creatures of habit i guess but not having these things didnt hinder our stay & we would definitely book again.

The size of the rooms are great, everything included for a self catering break, tea coffee & milk provided. Location is brilliant & even a partial sea view from the lounge. Spa facilities in the hotel next door were applicable to our stay & accessible via a lift right outside our door.

Little things like the dishwasher leaked, TV remote didn't work very well, no baking trays in the kitchen and very noisy seagulls!!

Bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows were not great. Had a problem with the shower, which I think should have been picked up prior to arrival, there had obviously been a problem which had been dealt with by tape. This was reported and a repair done. No facility to recycle rubbish, which is quite important.

Location was excellent for us. Plenty of free on street parking outside the property via a disc system. Good public transport links. Bar area was good and reasonably priced. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and bright and spacious, although not the one we booked as it didn't have a washing machine and dryer as stated at the time of booking, this didn't really matter to us as only staying 5 nights.

The pool wasn't quite as flash as it looked in the photos, it seemed warm on Saturday but was freezing on Sunday. Sauna and jacuzzi were lovely but not sure what would have been like at peak time. Floor is a bit squeaky so hope the ground floor didn't find us too annoying walking around!

The apartment was exactly as described. Pleasantly surprised that we got daily room service and tea/coffee making facilities. Beds were comfortable and everything felt clean. Can't believe there is an actual lift to your apartment, that's amazing!
